A lot of things will not be featured on the menu as each stall slightly differs from each other. The reason why it's called Ramly burger because the buns & the patties are by this company. The saying goes on how to judge a good Ramly burger is : The messier / sloppier the burger, the tastier it is LOL. The base of the menu order is standard for most places : with an omelette wrap / not with a burger patty of your choice, with cheese / not but basically it's just a bunch of sauces mixed together like : mayonnaise, chili sauce, black pepper sauce, although some might even have Worcestershire sauce or baked beans added on to it also. The veggies put inside usually are cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers & onions. Again this varies from stalls to stalls so some may / may not have certain types of vegetables as mentioned. Basically, the art of ordering a custom made street burger here is as varied as the different technic employed by the hawker making it. You've to observe & tell them what you want on it but since every Malaysian almost always will customize their food to suit their taste (almost any Malaysian cuisine can be slightly customized with an extra / minus or an item with no price change) It's kind of an unspoken understanding or secret ability we all have actually. They don't exactly teach this to us in schools but we just know how to go about it. I guess, we know what to lookout for when it comes to good food.
Haha I need more Malaysian friends to be my food guide. That's why I love having this channel because so many locals give us amazing recommendations that I wouldn't otherwise find out about. The messier the better definitely applies to this burger!

I managed to bring in the whole McD’s Big Mac set into the cinema hall all by myself. Plus a sundae cone too. Remember those 90’s baggy cargo pants? That was my trick lol.. I prefer my street burger with as little sauce as possible too. Never liked a soggy burger. There’s a massive night market/food court in Danau Kota,Damansara. Plenty of food to try/choose from there ;) As with any Malaysian food, gotta eat them in moderation or you’ll ‘suffer’ in the long run lmao
hahahaha I could only imagine everyone else seeing you break out an entire dinner from McD's... ahh yeah I used to rock those baggy pants back in the day in high school. Nothing better than carrying a 20oz coke around in your pocket with ease. lol
Not sure if you mentioned it in a previous video but what is your opinions about Nasi Lemak? I never really had any exteme food cravings before but when I crave for Nasi Lemak it's worse than extreme, simply love it (ayam)
That's still something missing on our 'must try' list. It's definitely coming soon! I can't believe we've been living here for four months and still haven't tried it yet. Little by little we are making our way around haha
I like the old style they just put chili sauce. Now they put all kinds of sauce and you can't even taste anything.. Before this it was way more cheaper for Rm1.20 you can get beef burger.. Now maybe Rm3.50 above..
Both of you need to go outside of KL espescially during public holiday. You able to visit the places and eat the local food. Don't forget to attend the 'open house' for Deepavali, you will see how the Malaysia live together.
@@shahrissuhaimi7809 ahhh ok... They have a few of those around the city I've seen. Also, just wanted to share with you, that we just bought tickets to the Malaysia vs Myanmar game this Saturday! We can't wait to cheer on Malaysia!
try have a walk/drive around your neighbourhood around the same hour, it's likely you'll find other unlisted smaller ones. less queue and nearer, if you're in the mood for super sauced up burgers. the ones you ordered are standard on the menu so no problemo. and yeah, always assume raw onions will be there lol and yeah, a lot of malaysians sneak food into the cinema all the time. but you should try the concessions anyway, it's nowhere as insanely marked up the way american cinemas do it, so the prices between cinema concessions and outside shops are just about the same, only cinemas here don't rly have chocolates and candies on their menu (prlly because they're practical lol). but what they have is special menu items which is how they compete with shops, and usually means hot food. a typical order is corn in a cup, which is basically steamed corn grains mixed with margarine, salt and a bit of condensed milk (okay tht last one depends on the chain). (fyi village park nasi lemak is really good if you like your sambal not too hot and bit more sweet, as it's a bit more chinese style. it's good but also another place where popularity has meant long queues. if you're in the mood for more heat, try and look for malay nasi lemak operators. if you ask different ppl on which is the best, honestly if it comes down to preference in the coconut rice and the chilli sambal.)
So many people are mentioning the Village Park spot for the nasi lemak... I think it's going to have to be the first spot. @vincentchin88 also mentioned a whole bunch of other amazing sounding places near it to make into a full day of good eats. With the movies, we went to another theater a while back and bought a bunch of good snacks besides your typical popcorn and ended up eating it all before we made it into the theater hahaha... it was just too good to wait.
@@DustinRoonz i'll just be diplomatic, because while i don't think village park is overrated (it's certainly very very good!) but i do think it's not ' the best' per se. but that's just betraying my preferences lol - i think a more authentic nasi lemak is still done with malay operators, and they do theirs with the sambal less sweeter and with a lot more heat. honestly tho, you can always go to the food court at jalan 223 (medan selera) and grab those smaller packets of nasi lemak as a taster. have been to the mbo or tgv cinemas chains? their concession menus are so extra that sometimes i don't know how i'm supposed to eat them while watching a movie but then i remembered i sneak food in too hahahah
such long wait... that happens to things that go viral n get popular, honestly you can get good ramly burger for much lesser wait anywhere in the city, but gotta do it the trial and error method... bcuz there are so many ramly burger stalls, some could be really good and undiscovered, some are well, nothing to shout about. i guess i'm lucky there are pretty good ones in my neighbourhood even if i haven't try each n every stall here. if you go to Penang n up for a burger there, do try Burger Masehi stall, in front of Sup Hameed restaurant, quite nearby to many hotels in the city... went there a couple months ago and a local Grab driver recommended it to me n i liked it a lot-the buns were well toasted n the veggies tasted fresh n crisp , certainly didn't have to wait for more than 10minutes for 2 burgers. (or maybe i got lucky at that time) glad for both of you that at least one n a half hour wait paid off nicely without disappointment.
Yeah its very true. I honestly just googled 'best ramly burger in kl' and this one came up as voted one of the best. I figured we had to go out that way so why not do both and turn it into a night of fun. There are still so many more to discover.
its a must try.but hey u can always try the one without the durian. no worries!if u come on sunday you might want to come a bit late so you can taste one of delicious nasi beriani at ttdi night market.
Ramly burger hahaha we wait an hour and finished it in just 3 minutes hahahaha that's y i Always buy 2 or 3 just for myself ekekekwkw yup Malaysian food is so JAHAT hahaha makes u addictive hahahhaha
I was actually talking with Evelyn about this idea... doing like a Latino style burger vs a Malaysian friend who makes a more traditional Ramly burger and see who wins a taste test.
It was definitely one of the messiest things I've ever eaten and I personally hate having messy fingers. I probably used a ton of napkins while eating this but then again, that's part of the experience. The sauces were amazing
That's a pretty cool fan theory. I mean, at least in this movie, he didn't turn into the eagle but I could see where that could lead into it... It certainly ended with a possibility of another one. Also, the giant snake that Voldermort has in the HP movies, I think is one of the characters in this FB movie... just a guess.

Nothing better than carrying a 20oz coke around in your pocket with ease. lol
@@DustinRoonz I mean 98 Degrees, LFO, A1, BSB etc2 used to look cool in cargo pants. why cant us normal plebs too? lol
@@Altruistic00 hahaha exactly!
Twice I successfully sneaked in subway sandwich into the movie theater. So evelyn dont feel too guilty abt yr chocolate bar. You guys are cute.
Hahaha I need to try that. Someone else said they did the same with subway hahaha
I have sneaked in starbucks coffee... so nice sipping hot coffee in ice cold cineplex
Honestly, I can't believe Starbucks hasn't taken over this market. I imagine lots of people would be buying coffee for those cold theaters.
nice camera. what type of camera are you using?
Thank you... it's the sony rx100 mk v
@@DustinRoonz looking forward to that video :)
You sir, just got a new subscriber. Really really want to see that durian challenge, hehe :D
Saya jahat :D
haha thanks for the support! We are already getting things planned out for it. Shouldn't be too long now :D
Ah the food heaven. As always Malaysia.
Praise to the hamburgers! 🍔
I like the old style they just put chili sauce. Now they put all kinds of sauce and you can't even taste anything.. Before this it was way more cheaper for Rm1.20 you can get beef burger.. Now maybe Rm3.50 above..
I would love to try one with chili sauce and a different variation to what I had this time.
You should try the Uptown Hawker Centre and try the chee cheong fun, 5 minutes walk from this burger stall.
That sounds like a great idea! There's a lot of places we still need to explore. We need more days off! lol
Both of you need to go outside of KL espescially during public holiday. You able to visit the places and eat the local food.
Don't forget to attend the 'open house' for Deepavali, you will see how the Malaysia live together.
Agreed! We are actually heading to Singapore in a few weeks for our first time and then Langkawi right after new years
For your knowledge.. RAMLY BURGER are popular here in New York..12 usd for1 piece
Is it the same Ramly Burger meat or same style with all the toppings?
@@DustinRoonz it all same topping like where it came from...
@@panther2691 nice! Next time I'm in NYC visiting, I'll have to look for one. 🍔
I like it messy..more chili sauce more good .. Huh.. Some time i was scared if mcdonald or kfc gonna ban mefor taking too much sauce ..
The sauces definitely make it. They should sell their secret sauces in bottles!
@@DustinRoonz yea lol
btw texas chicken mexicana burger not bad either :D
Sounds delicious! Where can I get one??
@@DustinRoonz it's available at Texas Chicken which is a fast food chain restaurant. Just behind evelyn where she sat at the ramly burger stall
@@shahrissuhaimi7809 ahhh ok... They have a few of those around the city I've seen. Also, just wanted to share with you, that we just bought tickets to the Malaysia vs Myanmar game this Saturday! We can't wait to cheer on Malaysia!
Go malaysia go...
yes!
try have a walk/drive around your neighbourhood around the same hour, it's likely you'll find other unlisted smaller ones. less queue and nearer, if you're in the mood for super sauced up burgers. the ones you ordered are standard on the menu so no problemo. and yeah, always assume raw onions will be there lol
and yeah, a lot of malaysians sneak food into the cinema all the time. but you should try the concessions anyway, it's nowhere as insanely marked up the way american cinemas do it, so the prices between cinema concessions and outside shops are just about the same, only cinemas here don't rly have chocolates and candies on their menu (prlly because they're practical lol). but what they have is special menu items which is how they compete with shops, and usually means hot food. a typical order is corn in a cup, which is basically steamed corn grains mixed with margarine, salt and a bit of condensed milk (okay tht last one depends on the chain).
I just buy some random stall... they all taste good no matter where you bought it
very true!
damnnnn..the waiting game is real..
HahHa it was for sure but sooo worth it.
super glad you ate it the right way! haha
The only way is the messy way! Hahaha
SS21 Damansara utama
such long wait... that happens to things that go viral n get popular, honestly you can get good ramly burger for much lesser wait anywhere in the city, but gotta do it the trial and error method... bcuz there are so many ramly burger stalls, some could be really good and undiscovered, some are well, nothing to shout about. i guess i'm lucky there are pretty good ones in my neighbourhood even if i haven't try each n every stall here. if you go to Penang n up for a burger there, do try Burger Masehi stall, in front of Sup Hameed restaurant, quite nearby to many hotels in the city... went there a couple months ago and a local Grab driver recommended it to me n i liked it a lot-the buns were well toasted n the veggies tasted fresh n crisp , certainly didn't have to wait for more than 10minutes for 2 burgers.
There are still so many more to discover.
the nescafe is my fav drink...
definitely one of mine too.
Just having my Ramly Burgers
Great minds think alike!
ramly burger the best street burger in the world😋
Super good! 🍔
Thank you for making me hungry
Haha you're welcome 😂
In terms of sneaking stuff into cinema, I once smuggled three subways. Yup three of them lol.
Hahaha how did you manage that??
@@DustinRoonz well, some girls likes to have big hand bags. I used that. Also it was on the opening day for Transformers (it was the second one iirc).
Hahaha that's a great idea! I need to invest in a big bag I think 😂

Have a good day bruh, i hope you enjoyed your time here in Malaysia ✌️
We are loving it here!
DIY ramly burger challenge perhaps? ✊🏻
I was actually talking with Evelyn about this idea... doing like a Latino style burger vs a Malaysian friend who makes a more traditional Ramly burger and see who wins a taste test.
is it really that good?
its just so goey.. how can you eat that?
It was definitely one of the messiest things I've ever eaten and I personally hate having messy fingers. I probably used a ton of napkins while eating this but then again, that's part of the experience. The sauces were amazing
While Thailand drive through the sidewalk almost every sidewalk
Nice one dude.esas hamburguesas son realmente deliciosas.pero a esas horas ..lol
Hahaha si fue algo pesado para esa hora que pero todo fue por la experiencia 😄
TBH, I've never liked Raw Onions until I ate the Ramley Burger.
From then on Raw Onions didn't bother me anymore
Maybe Ramly burgers will change my life! Haha
watch polisevo2 in cinema!
I just watched the trailer for it. It looks really good! Do they have it subtitled in English?
@@DustinRoonz yess have a english sub!
I'm a burger lover 😍😋
Me too! I love making my own at home too! I should do my own Ramly Burger with a Latin twist haha
They said the big eagle that Hagrid been taking care of in prev HP movies was Newt. Idk i havent watch FB yet.
Dustin M. Yup. Nagini in FB is the same Nagini in HP movies.
You can try eat the satay kajang with peanut sos in kajang
