I was making around 1 dollar a DAY for watching ads on video's on youtube in January 2024 , but now in February 2024 RUclips is only paying me around 10 cents a DAY watching ads so for me it's not worth it anymore
RUclips does not pay you to watch ads, so not sure which platform you have used byt it is definitely not YT itself as that would go against theur advertiser agreement and policy.
