2vintage I need help on mine if you could help me of where all my wires go cuz I bought it with wire issues and fixed and trying to figure out where all the wires go cuz it was all tookn off when I got it
Ive got a 87 got it free with a cracked case an doing it from the floor up. Its my first time ever working on one an you have helped .Just wanted to say thanks bro. Keep the videos coming.
It's so crazy to see how bad of shape these bikes are in when you find them. It's so easy to take care of them. Great job at reviving the warrior joe !
I saw this Warrior for sale on facebook. I'm from Minnesota and was looking for a Warrior and saw this one. Decided not to look into it just because of how dirty it looked in the pictures. Found myself a 94 close to me for $200. Good to see it you got it running! If you weren't so far away it would be fun to wrench together for a day.
Those warriors are built to last, might be worth to check your valve seats and or your oil ring may be done for but kudos on getting her running again 👍
if you do paint some things, please prepare them before. Remove the items completely instead of masking them on the quad, you''ll get a much better finish, holds up longer and the quad itself will be worth so much more in the end. But of course, PLEASE make the quad run good before making it look good. anyways good work and keep it up :)
Good job Joe bringing another quad back from the dead. don't listen to all the haters. I know you don't they all like the rag on you but most of them don't even know how to turn wrenches themselves lol most of them have their daddy's do it for them... I would actually like to see you put new valves and valve seals in the warrior. I don't think you've done that on your channel yet? And the one way bearing on your starter is going. But at least you got it going... Keep up the good content dude
That cutting out when accelerating is the parking brake limiter switch in the left handle bar. You need to unplug the two wires going to it under the lights and plug the two wires together on the harness side.
Hey Joe. I loved your "Whoo-Hoo". lol Nice to get excited over problem solving events. Nice work. Sounds a little rusty but I know you will get things running. Great buy. Take you time. Show us how it's done. Till next video. Thanks
Even with that much play, it should fire, its opening enough to get fuel and air. I usually set them at tighter clarance like .102, But snug but works well and doesn't chatter.
I don’t understand why you get so much hate. Like if you don’t like the stuff he’s doing then why are you even watching the videos? Keep it up man I love your videos!
Put some fresh oil and a new spark plug (also check the plug wire for any damage or cracks) itll help out alot with starting and power... ive owed a few of these over the years and love em but they r a pain to start with old oil in it ..love the video's cant wait to see this thing completely done
It always amazes me how young kids say things like “that’s gonna be hard to film“ because I don’t think your old enough to ever used film that’s what makes it so funny🤪
You should keep this warrior it looks badass and it's not in bad shape..the plastics aren't cracked, has decent tires running decent easily worth 400 bucks you should definitely keep this one
Looks like your blue and red 350 warrior has sticking front brakes. Ours did the same thing. The front master cylinder was plugged up. We disassembled it and cleaned it out and reassembled it and bled the brakes and it worked great after that.
I like the quietness of the stock exhaust, the power core 4 on mine is loud as hell, and if you pull screen cover off exit, it wll blow fire for about 3 ft.
Since your getting into warriors and I know of a few problems with them myself I would suggest looking/joining the Facebook group for the warriors. They help a ton!
The valve adjustment was painful to watch. If you can get a small open end to turn it that would be ideal :). I just did this on my motor yesterday. All of the information he is presenting is correct. Thanks for the good videos :)
Needs some new piston rings at minimum, maybe new piston and bored cylinder. Its smoking way too much, so id imagine the conpression is pretty low. Thats why there is oil at the exhaust, because its getting past the piston rings. I was impressed when you knew right when you got it that the valves were not adjusted and thats why it didnt run. Your getting pretty good and getting machines up and running
Looks like it’s going to need a complete gasket kit. Frame might be broken or cracked. All the suspension seems worn out. Ya you’ll find more. Clean it up so you can see what’s really going on. Good job I subbed 😀
Her startmotor if you do some research you'll be alle to fix. But it's bad. Then you should do a full rebuild, i mean cosmetic. Mount the engine proper and she's a real beauty.👍
Idk it could be because od the cold weather but it looked like it was smoking a great deal there. Along with leaking i think it might be burning oil to.
When you go to buy a bike or quad ...to se IF IT RUNS.. fill a spray bottle with gas take out the spark plug spray gas in if it runs for a sec probly worth the time and money ...if still no start offer way less and especially if it's a smoker lol
To adjust the valves the correct way you first pull off the little inspection plug on the side cover and remove the valve tappet covers with a socket and ratchet you turn the engine over while watching for the intake valve to open and when it closes you turn it very slowly till the T lines up with the notch in the inspection hole and make sure you pull the spark plug and check for TDC with the piston then you are ready to adjust the valves that is the correct way to do the job and you can rebuild a warrior topend for under 100 bucks but I wouldn’t trust the junk piston that comes with the kit on eBay it’s only wiseco for me and it’s .006-0.010
My 250 raptor had the same problem wouldent startup we cleaned carb and it wasent rly dirty we kept cranking then it turned on and a whole ocean of mud came out the back exhuast
So it runs! Stay tuned for next video, should be interesting....I'm trying something new. Go follow behind the scenes on my Instagram: 2_vintage_

2vintage and it’s not getting spark
2vintage mine isn’t
First thing you always need to do is clean the carb from the moment you start diagnostics you should clean the carb
Yeah I was shocked he didn't start from the carb and work from there
Wouldn't have done anything if he hadn't fixed everything else first
Ive got a 87 got it free with a cracked case an doing it from the floor up. Its my first time ever working on one an you have helped .Just wanted to say thanks bro. Keep the videos coming.
It's so crazy to see how bad of shape these bikes are in when you find them. It's so easy to take care of them. Great job at reviving the warrior joe !
Smokes like a 2 stroke it would be worth sticking some new rings and gaskets and oil filter and fresh oil in it
Glyn Roberts hahahahaha dude you beat me to it!! Great buy 2vintage!! WORLDS FIRST 2 STROKE WARRIOR!!
Thats not condensation my brother... thats thick ass blue smoke!!! Straight burnin oil!!!!
Could also be the valves leaking by unless he does a compression test hard to say which it is
Why are you guys so salty it’s hard to find a cheat warrior that doesn’t smoke
Joseph Bomberger settle down beavis.. no one is salty.. stating facts... cheers to 2vintage for reviving an old classic
Your rear carrier bearing is most probably shot. I had to look away when you used the pliers on the valves dude.
Dude what’s wrong with using pliers to set the valves
@@dirtbike.drayke wrong type of pliers maybe a wider jaw would be a better option 🤔
The ticking must've been the valves with all the clearance they had lol. It's good to hear it running that good!

She needs a top end rebuild.....smoke might clear up some if it gets used consistently but it is running rough
Those warriors are built to last, might be worth to check your valve seats and or your oil ring may be done for but kudos on getting her running again 👍
Started out with a Blaster at 14. Tje Warrior was the 2nd quad I ever owned. Absolutely loved it.

After your warrior videos I'm thinking of getting one.👍🏻
Amazing work man I really loved the part where you cold revved the balls off the thing till it started smoking...
Warriors and raptor 350s are notorious as hell for breaking those top motor mounts. Its best to have someone machine some high quailty ones!
Good job Joe bringing another quad back from the dead. don't listen to all the haters. I like the Warrior, and your vids! 😊👍 this one has seen some action but i hope you fix it after all!😜
Love these warrior 350 videos 🤟🤙 would like to see you do some riding videos maybe on a trail
That cutting out when accelerating is the parking brake limiter switch in the left handle bar. You need to unplug the two wires going to it under the lights and plug the two wires together on the harness side.
Dump a can of Seafoam into the gas tank & give it a full tank & ride. You can do the crankcase too & change oil after a ride up the street and back.
Hey Joe. I loved your "Whoo-Hoo". lol Nice to get excited over problem solving events. Nice work. Sounds a little rusty but I know you will get things running. Great buy. Take you time. Show us how it's done. Till next video. Thanks
Previous owner beat the dog sht outta that thing wow! Good job on getting her running 👍
Choke it, warrior thing! Sounds a little sick.
Are you going to get a new starter for it cuz it sounds like poop
Proves how important a carby clean is
Hell yeah !!! Had a good feeling bout this bike from day 1...keep em coming !!! 😆👍👍👍
I like how when the quad hasn't even moved an inch yet on it's own at 17:55 he says its has "tons of power" 🤣
LOL I noticed that too
Wtf😂😂😂
It’s funny because I was watching your other vid and then this vid got posted 👍
Love the channel. You are great at what you do. You have a much higher purpose
Even with that much play, it should fire, its opening enough to get fuel and air. I usually set them at tighter clarance like .102, But snug but works well and doesn't chatter.
Those darn exhaust shields always rattle
I don’t understand why you get so much hate. Like if you don’t like the stuff he’s doing then why are you even watching the videos? Keep it up man I love your videos!
Good work Joe well done at least you got it running
The four wheeler is smoking so much because oil may be getting past the piston rings/your head gasket may almost be shot. Runs good though.
Put some fresh oil and a new spark plug (also check the plug wire for any damage or cracks) itll help out alot with starting and power... ive owed a few of these over the years and love em but they r a pain to start with old oil in it ..love the video's cant wait to see this thing completely done

This is something you’d call mint.
I’d say a gasket kit and some rings are it’ll be good as new
The chain might be missing a roller and that could be why the chain is so lose
Yea😂😂 my warriors chain kept on coming loose so then I saw that it was missing a roller and now it doesn’t get loose.
Looks like your blue and red 350 warrior has sticking front brakes. Ours did the same thing. The front master cylinder was plugged up. We disassembled it and cleaned it out and reassembled it and bled the brakes and it worked great after that.

That thing is quiet, got a power core 4 on ours, barely passes noise law for forest. That 6 speed is hella fast! Enjoy.
I love all these sport quads
The valve adjustment was painful to watch. If you can get a small open end to turn it that would be ideal :). I just did this on my motor yesterday. All of the information he is presenting is correct. Thanks for the good videos :)
What a great tutorial on valve adjustment. Thanks bro.
I want to see you go riding at like a actual riding place with trails and stuff like royal blue or wild cat or something
You should get a red seat cover for it
Good job with the grind, keep it up!!
Do those tires have air in them ?, maybe wheel bearings, wrong wheels ? or wrong wheel nuts. Nice work bro, you got it running 👍
You and your bro should get those CR's out on track or trails
Sweet. Looking good. Some more time and you might have a good quad.
16:08 SHE'S ALIVEEEEEEE!!!! 💪

Heck yea it runs I'm a big fan
Could still use a new starter thing sounds like shit
Good that works
I haven't gotten to the next episode yet but sounds like you got a weak starter. Even though it's making noise it's turning that motor over super slow
Her startmotor if you do some research you'll be alle to fix. But it's bad. Then you should do a full rebuild, i mean cosmetic. Mount the engine proper and she's a real beauty.👍
Sounds like the starter is weak to me but love the vids keep it up I been here since 9 k subs
Idk it could be because od the cold weather but it looked like it was smoking a great deal there. Along with leaking i think it might be burning oil to.
gonna need a rebuild haha

Nice I got a Yamaha warrior as well
Maybe find out why the motor is loose before riding at all. Check some bearings, nuts, and bolts too.
What's with all the smoke Joe, rings valve guides??
Hey I got 2001 but how can u tell if the transmission is gone completely out? I put new clutches on so when I give it gas it doesn’t move at all
My 250 raptor had the same problem wouldent startup we cleaned carb and it wasent rly dirty we kept cranking then it turned on and a whole ocean of mud came out the back exhuast
Had to check my valve clearances-quadricers
Very nice run
GREAT job nice fix!!
Its DEFINITELY not supposed to smoke like that!!
always wanted a little banshee
Do a top end valves rings piston and bearings/seals will be 1500-1750$
Lol suppose to leave wrench on it an take a flat head screw driver an adjust valve then tighten nut back down
Awesome quad the one i bought just like the first one oh vintage wondering where u work as in how u get money to support your needs and project's
Someone’s going to call the fire department
Looks like someone tried to adjust it before but didnt understand how to do it because it was at 6 mm instead of .06 lol good try I guess
Haha well spotted Sir👌😉👍
Blaaaaaaaaaaaauuuuuuuugggggghhhhhhj!
Coookin that starter
You should get a 400ex
Nice job
Cheater bar on those back bolts. Bout it.
Did he only clean the bottom of the carb? Why not clean the whole carb since you have an ultra sonic cleaner
I have a Yamaha 350 I believe it’s warrior has turned it off and didn’t wanna turn back on no spark what could I look for
A frayed wire / short / a bad CDI
You should keep it
Why do it turn over slow are it made that way
Great job!!
Weld the hub to the axle good to go
Can u do a ski doo buy n fix next vid pleaseeeee
Never seen a single cylinder banshee!
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Its a warrior..
@@jacobfirth2290 I don't think you got the joke..
Its not a real funny one..
@@jacobfirth2290 Well im glad to know my humor isn't like yours. but thanks for your input!
You probably have a bad carrier or the carrier bearings. That’s what my problem was on mine.
SHES CLAPPED OUT!!!!!
How to blow your starter 101
🔥🔥🔥
You werent even using the right pliers to adjust the gap
Jesus the title should has been
starter button till she starts and rev it till she idles😂😂😂
The starter is shot anyways so i see no problem
U should buy a Kawasaki bayou 250 and do a project
