You gave me some pretty handy information, thank you for uploading this. I'm in Australia but as far as i know, and seen, the Australian law system is still a lot like the UK system. I'm studying claims for breach of contract at the moment, if you happen to read this within the next few days could you provide me with anything that could help please? This is out of the date, the information on the various tracks are wrong, Small claim is from 0-10K, Fast Track is 10K-25K and anything above £25K is Multi Claim Track.
