Yes and no, if using what the evidence that the show given to us Serious Amity is only equal to a mentally and Physically stressed Hunter. Outrage Willow's vines can't even broken by herself and it basically tied the target at their weak spots in which would be the arms and legs. It would make Amity kinda powerless. Hunter broke himself and Willow free in that scene, and abomination unless having focus on it, their structure can still be damage by normal vines. So that's why I rank Hunter higher than both Willow and Amity

Plus the thing that seems that Lumity were the first to actually beat the creature, meant that Grom been in the boiling isles for a while. It could be a cycle of events, that it just keeps coming back again and again. So I put Grom higher than Titan Luz

Especially since kids have been shown taking care of Grom on a yearly basis and it's regeneration literally takes a full year to happen. +Grom still originates from the boiling isles themselves, you know, the thing Luz embodies when she's in her Titan Form. +Glyphs have been shown to have the petrification ability which should be capable of turning Grom to stone permanently since it's stated to be irreversible, so theoretically season 2 Luz can beat him permanently.

Goku could beat Rimuru in skills, but due to Rimuru's regeneration skill is just broken, it's arguable that Rimuru can beat Goku in a fight. Or like any characters in fiction that can just alters their plot of events, even if they aren't physically strong, the ability made them strong. It shaved off to the next year, but that doesn't prove it needed that long to regenerate. Belos able to turn Luz into stone and reverse the process, and he was also able to use wild magic. So whether that it disprove your argument is up for debate. Grom originates from the isles, but does it necessary originate from titan magic is very unknown for now. Luz's form was titan magic, that's just one form of magic, it could just like Hooty or other living creatures that had no known origin on how it comes to life.

If we're talking about pure stats, Titan Luz would demolish him in an instant. Stats wise it's comparable to Hexside students. Also Petrification is unable to be reversed once completed, what Belos did was reverse it before completion. Also about that "it doesn't prove it needed that long to regenerate" argument, it's constantly stated that battling Grom is an annual event/tradition and that it takes it that long to recover. +I'm pretty sure a mindless monster would regenerate as soon as it possibly could but it's abilities obviously prevent it from doing so.

Not really, The Collector live way longer than any titans and practically unkillable. They are basically the "God" in the story, Titans can come close, but not able to beat them
