Thank you for your videos. I’ve been working hard to get a job at AWS. Question, can you work remote as a Solution Achitect? How is the culture? Is management human at least?
Hi David, thank you for watching! I had done development for many years, then was a Team Lead, then Manager, then I wanted to bring the technical knowledge I've acquired along with the business knowledge I've had while managing teams, projects and stakeholders ... So the SA position was a natural evolution for me
@@WinTheCloud Very well said! I hope to be accepted into the Cloudbridge program offered to Veterans and I have to say your content has pushed me to make sure that happens!

Yes. Most of the SA are remote. Yes management is great. Also, it depends on what team you are on. So, far it has been great to the people I know.
@@OscarDiaz-fb8jd what team are you? Do you know if strategic is good?
Is it true that most of the hires are to be used for PIP towards the end of the year? . Nice video btw

Y former? Stress? Pip? Entrepreneur?
So repetitive and overly general as to be useless, not to mention boring.
Thank you for the feedback. What would be your suggestions for future content?
Quick to critique, yet slow to contribute.
I think the video was helpful. Thanks
