I have many relatives in Birmingham, England, it’s possible one of my clan knew him, sounded like a genuinely nice guy and solid character. Sharing his food with his pets in a unique way 😂, respect. Unfortunately, I trained with many guys who stepped into the dark side of bodybuilding in the 80s and 90s. The variety of steroids, the abuse and the ignorance around it was phenomenal. It was bound to catch up and rattle the weak links in mens health as they got older. men are checking out before they reach their 50s, it’s a fact, even Mr. Olympia 2018 Shawn Roden has passed. Steroids, HGH, insulin and all that expensive and dangerous cheat sheet crap is taking lives before they’re lived. Better to stay natty, stay clean and realise your true potential, anything else is just delusional bullshit.
