- Welcome to our little homestead! My name is Ciearra and I love to grow plants. My mission is to be able to grow and give away food and plants. As we learn more our homestead expands from more garden beds, raised beds to now chickens and hopefully ducks. Haha no I bought new stockings because none of the old stockings matched. I didn't have the heart to get rid of the old stockings lol

How did your chickens fair the blizzard? ❄️💚🙃
They did really well. We kept them fully covered with the plastic. No signs of frostbite or any other issues
If you put plants next to your fireplace won’t it get to hot for them there? ❄️💚🙃
Unfortunately this fireplace doesn't work. It would be very expensive to fix
