I think one of the most important take-aways from 23/24 was the proof that 22/23 was not a fluke. Look at how other teams with promise from 22/23 have stumbled in 23/24 (see Newcastle)

For me it's been a great season as I only expected us to finish 3rd & we've easily finished 2nd!
Arsenal have been brilliant since the trip to Dubai 🎉
We've won 27 league games & hopefully 28 games come Sunday!
The wounds are still fresh but in the cold light of day we'll realise that it's been a good season!

Thx Tom, if...if you could slightly adjust your phone ins for a UK evening I would have definitely come on. The timings you do so conflict with school times, as in time to drop off and pick up.

@TheGoonerTalkTV I appreciate that matey I really do, but I think you need to think who can respond at certain times. Having being a teacher, thought you would know when parents juggling jobs and pick up. JS
And as a teacher I’m aware that there’s a world outside the U.K. too. The audience is global. If I do it later for you, (which I couldn’t btw) then someone else can’t.

Adding to Rich's comments, winning a league cup or FA cup does not guarantee success in the League or CL. The levels are different. If that was the case, we should have followed our 4 FA cup wins in the last decade with either a League title of CL, which never happened. The levels are just different. Apart from a few all the league cups were won by already successful clubs. Another example is Leicester who won the FA cup and then got relegated.
And we won the FA CUP and then established ourselves as title challengers

Most of the players we consider the "depth" players in our squad i dont think would be missed if sold in the summer. Ramsdale,Nelson, Nketiah,Smith-Rowe,Vieira, Zinchenko,Jesus. The loanees like Lokonga, Tavares, Tierney. Along with the bottom of the barrel like Cedric and Elneny. Even if we get our pants pulled down over their prices we're looking at making some dough and getting out a lot of deadwood. Has to be a productive summer in and out.
