These 2 have the most beautiful coats I've ever seen! Keira has such a lovely burnished undertone too the top part of her coat. Not to mention Neron's spectacular molten pattern, makes him look like a volcanic animal spirit! They'll make gorgeous cubs

I love how much the zoo have changed in my lifetime from animals in small cages to this understanding, trying to create sanctuaries for them to live in.
This was not always the case, but most modern zoos you see especially in countries with more rules about these types of things, zoo animals are rescues who will never be able to live on their own in the wild!
I wouldn't feel right going to the zoo otherwise🥰
Oh! And these non injured ones are usually bred because the species is endangered because of ongoing poaching and hunting and they're attempting to help combat that!

Cubs are in the not-so-distant future for these two. And I think jaguars stay mated for all of their adult lives.

Question: Species typically lives alone in wild. Will the male need to be separated from female before and after cubs are born? If so, how will their close bond be maintained and preserved while keeping cubs safe? Lovely cats. Superb new environment for the happy couple. Good work!
here in brazil we have the jaguar institute, which creates jaguars in captivity. They usually keep the same couple, who have succeeded and have puppies. But the pups are taken and raised by humans and the couple is kept together.

Lions are Not clean animals. Lions eat the feces' poop of animals.😮😯😯😷😷💩💩💩lions also lie on top top of rhino and hippo poop💩💩Lions don't Groom clean. TIGERS ARE VERY CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL .🐯🐯🐯🔱🔱🔱🔱

Regular house cats evolved in the northern hemisphere, around England- where they are lucky to have one litter per year...since they've been moved all over the world, in the southern hemisphere- their breeding cycle is on hyper drive- very unnatural and unhealthy to have several litters per year. So desexing is a very good thing for our beloved moggies! 👍😺♥️
