- After only a single solo hunt on the new Aurora Shores Map, I take AngelReaper (the Mrs.) out for some multiplayer hunting. We go after a good assortment including; Roosevelt Elk, Gray Wolf, Caribou, and even a couple Bison! Her shooting is on point, and outside of a poor encounter with Black Bear, we have a pretty successful hunt.

Ever see an animal get back up and run off? Wife was playing today and that happened. First I've seen it.
yes, if the animal is not immediately killed it will run, if it calms down before bleeding out it will bed down. If you then bump it it will get back up and run. Its best to always give animals a chance to bleed out before following them unless you are 100% sure they have died.

Here’s the problem with the Roosevelts. They are bugged to show 5 star racks on every male.
I don’t know if it’s 4 or 5 star racks, regardless yes. You can get a real 5 star though. I did.

did the devs add something new?
After 70hrs I'm burnt out got 30k saved most of the 5 star animals I wanted and just bored now. I have 3800hrs into cotw that's only on console too.
Hopefully the devs fix their 💩
You got pretty lucky. 70hrs isn't even long enough for a new generation to mature which means you got all those 5 stars from the starting pop.
