I played them all but not on switch, it really depends. If you want to start from the beginning go with Resident Evil 1 Remake then do 0 and up (1 and 0 have a bundle and 2 and 3 have modern remakes), practically all Re games are Canon. If you want to start on the current story Resident Evil 7 is a good start as it is fairly self-contained.

You have 2 stories playing out at once in an episode, one with 2 girls and another a guy and girl (you can switch between the partners at will but not the pairing), raid mode has more options which is a good side game based on objectives.
Never ps4 just finished it’s beautiful and i got ps5 and a rtx4070 so jes i no how games can be look like and this ob the switch just 🤤i like the rev 1 more becouse the 60fps but jeah fun games

I have this game on my Switch a few years now and I love it, I also got myself a Switch OLED so can't wait to play it on that
It looks so clean and nice to my eye! Can't even see the difference betwen this and PS4 version of the game 👍👍
