I’m pleased to see a list of games that don’t contain the usual Zelda Games, Mario etc. I’m 42 and had the NES, SNES and 64 when I grew up and recently got back into gaming. Yeah I have the Mario, and the Zelda games, and I picked up Prince Of Persia earlier this year and adore it! Same with Hollow Knight and Hades. Both games are also awesome! I’ll add the 2 CupHead games are awesome! Yeah they’re difficult, but I admire the developers for their style here. I’ve been keen to play the 2 Metroid games for a while now and the Doom game you showed appeals to me as I also grew up with that franchise and Quake. I love that the Switch allows you to play those old school games, along with Knights Of The Old Republic 1 & 2 which I’m replaying again at the moment. Thanks for this list, it opened my eyes to other things on the console. Things like Nier Automata, Steamworld Dig 2, Monster Hunter, Trials Of Mana, and that ORI and The Will Of The Wisps looks heaps cool! I’ll check them out. Thanks. 🙏
Im 40 yrs old literally grew with Nintendo, we went to same school basically. Switch is the BEST console ever made. SNES held the title for so long for best console. Switch smoked the SNES now, so many AMAZING games
PS5 and Xbox are better--- more games, better performance, better subscription service, and better prices. I always feel like I'm getting an inferior experience whenever I use my Switch. I ONLY keep it for exclusives. No way I'm ever choosing it over another platform when it comes to cross platform games.

This list is heavily biased in favour of rpg, hack and slash and metroidvania type games. How can Hyrule warriors be in the list but BOTW is not? Mario wonder?
