  • Our COVI19 days are increasingly involving long periods of sitting either at computers or watching TV. If you have persistent pelvic pain, the stretches in this video helps to keep the nerves 'sliding and gliding' and 'flossing and glossing', they will give the nerves, muscles and blood vessels space, encourage blood flow and promote mobility.
