Hello everyone To All those who are quite concerned about throwing the water after boiling Lobia / Black eyed beans . The Water I used turned a bit slimy and Dark ( coz it may change the colour of gravy a bit) as you can see in the video . So, I discarded and used fresh water to make the gravy but Its totally your call if you want to use the same water to retain nutrition plz go ahead and use that 😊
Before this recipe I never like black eyed peas. But I must say while I was making it I couldn't wait to try some and now I am having a bowl of this yummy recipe!!! Thanks and much love

Very nice recipe 😋but a suggestion the water in which the lobia was boiled had all the nutrition which u said u threw it, which could have been used in the lobia again becoz anywhich ways u used another hot water..... But ur receipes are good... Continue with ur good work... 👍
Very nice recipe. I also love this and make it. I also add 2 potatoes cut into small square pieces while frying onion. They make its gravy thick and taste good with Lobiya as well.
