I have 2 connection of same isp one is dedicated leased line and the other is FTTH(broadband) . There is a problem while connecting the broadband it shows connected only 2-3 min then shows disconnected and then leased line circuit work fine. Can you please suggest what may be the problem is it in isp end or some configuration issue in fortinet firewall

Not possible to confirm without troubleshooting. Please bypass the firewall and try connecting other device to broadband to check the connectivity
