California has unfortunately become a Black Hole 🕳️ that will eat you alive financially & in its moral degradation. Absolutely, no place for Children to grow-up in or to ever prosper. So SAD for such a once beautiful & thriving State. 😑 We can honestly say that it is a privilege to now live in Idaho! 👍 Let's work to keep it that way. God-Country-Family centric. 🙏🇺🇸🗽👨‍👩‍👧🏠

You know what happens when you call a place Paridise ?
I'm a native and in some areas one has to tread lightly. Just moving from a larger city to a small town here has ramifications in that you may be rejected quite literally.

@@user-jd7jw4zv4r Oh yes indeed. We are now blessed & safer & only whisper where we came from. When we do share, we always say, "It's a privilege to be here," in our new State.

Poor Idaho! My alma mater is Uof I. Sad to see it getting swamped by blue fools.

Of course prices aren't spiking...you're not gonna find a home anymore in Ada, especially a new one, for less than 650k which is why they're sitting longer

Already knew that so they got to raise the rent triple that groceries gas and the people living here for all their lives have to work two and three jobs in order to make a living so they can have their revenue it's been $7.25 an hour here for the past 27 years Louis jobs are 12 to 15 dollars an hour one bedroom apartment $1,000 if not more figure it out people can't live on that miles to work those two and three jobs the rest of your life so we can keep our state for money in their pockets

Maybe I missed it, but did you report on what the median price for a single family dwelling was in say Boise, Meridian, Eagle and Canyon County?
