Sorry if this seems weird if someone is like mimicking your movements but I've been going through a lot of these Pomodoro vids and yours are the best for my stamina in terms of being productive and staying in tune with my breath. I am doing my fall semester of my freshmen year at uni online in a chair on zoom and it's awful because I have scoliosis, a breathing problem in my chest, and ADD. With my posture sometimes I can spend up to an hour slouching or leaning over without even realizing it's bad for my back and I've been looking all over RUclips for a Pomodoro video or channel with good posture and good breaks in between. This video I felt great! I studied for the same time and when you aligned or did a movement I did too and I got through the whole thing hardly stiff at all! And I like these short intervals because I'm able to be focussed while at my desk. Great Work! Subscribed for sure!
Also since you're in med school it makes sense to follow your steps or process because you know what you're doing haha. Some other channels I follow along with don't help and sometimes I find myself breathing too heavily or slouched. With my ADD accommodations I get a 5 min break during testing and writing sessions during the middle of it but I have to stay in my chair. Any tips on what to do during those 5 minutes to help me with posture and alignment? Or maybe in a future Pomodoro video include a brief like routine in the chair because I am 18 and have the body of a 70 year old! Haha. I've tried putting a pillow or a foam block in the middle of my chair but it hasn't helped :( so I think the change has to come with my motions and movements because if not I will just sit poorly the whole time without knowing.

It happens w me too but you need to have control over your thoughts and actions and need to realize why you are doing all that if you are getting distracted by your phone try Pomodoro as just for 25 mins you have to challenge yourself to not to think about all that and just focus, also try listening to positive podcasts in the morning to set your mindset, coffee etc. the best part that I like to do when I get bored of studying is I start teaching myself and every now and then I'm like -- bitch how can you forget this and I enjoy it.
