Thanks fore the mention! The video you quoted was "There can be only one" from a few months ago. My choices were actually the Spyderco Kapara and Civivi Baklash.
You covered all of my favorite reviewers! ..and it is a fine group of knives and honorable mentions! I have a number of the knives discussed. Purchased in 2018: Green/gray Bugout, Cutiss F3 Medium Diagonal Cut-Outs, Sheepsfoot, Koenig Mini Goblin in Red CF, Spyderco Kapara.... It's been a GREAT year for knives!!!!!! One of my other favorites is the Zero Tolerance Sprint Run ZT0456 CF. Just an affordable robust workhorse!!!! Good Stuff.
Great video and thanks for the mention! My Best for 2018 Knife actually was The Sharp by design Micro Typhoon, since it was released in 2018. Those other 3 were just my Top 3 NEW Acquisitions of 2018.
I'm honored that you watch my videos. We have very similar tastes in knives. I am trying to get a Cox Mini Workman. It looks great! Keep up the great work with your videos!
The Neutron is made by Three Rivers Manufacturing, not Three Mountains :P I ended up selling mine but it is an awesome knife and a wonderful slicer. I would recommend checking it out, small and lightweight. I'm excited for their upcoming Atom knife, a bigger version.
Great idea for a video. I think if the Kapara had dropped earlier, it’d be here too. It’s in Nick’s permanent collection😉 Interesting that they are all kinda mid sized.
As long as the blade is under 2 inches, such as Kershaw Launch 4 and the Launch 10 (both blade lengths are 1.9 inches) then you can have an auto in CA.
Save yourself the trouble and just go buy a Kershaw Knockout with M390 for $99. You’ll literally save yourself hundreds of dollars and have an EDC you’ll be content with.

Paramilitary 2, I can use it when I go camping and backpacking plus great for everyday EDC. Excellent video.
The Paramilitary 2 is a SUPERIOR knife!

Yes, the Kapara has been mentioned positively by several reviewers. I have seen anyone who didn't like it.
Aren’t auto’s illegal in Cali?
