To be honest with you, I wish I can also just walk in with my friends and just sign a purchasing contract for a new condo 😂, but for now it is just a dream. Seeing the prices for Jendela Residences and what's in the price included, I find it extraordinary value for money. Here you can't even get a brand new condo with that living space, let alone with all the amenities you get in the ones you got. I enjoy all the property videos you do on your channel, especially the ones where you go and make tours around the projects. I found even a guy here on RUclips called iherng who does property reviews and gives advices in his videos. Would you like to do more property reviews in the future? Also I really like the enhanced style of your video editing. It gives the video a more upmarket and entertaining feel. Keep it up! 💪🏻
within these third world countries your psf is as good as worthless.... you cant think that owning two units for your kids is done truly not done if you look at hong kong what you own is nothing even after fully paid you know what i mean since you are so smart should know haha.

It is thru TTDI, from the main road Jalan Tun Muhd Fuad, where VADS is, you head towards the narrow road where DBKL Cawangan Segambut is.
