That turned out awesome! I wanna play Breath of the Wild on it.
Zack!!! Thanks for stopping by! I really do need to get that game. I only had Mario Kart and Fortnite when I shot this video. That would have been awesome to play on it though!
Glad that you don't want to tear it down. I don't think it could survive your bend test.
"I found broken World's Largest Nintendo switch! See if i can repair it."
Didn’t expect you here!
Great stuff keep it up
The killer feature here imo is the co-op potential. One kid handling left side, one handling right side.
This needs to happen!!!
Well, you can still try that with normal joy-cons
@@Stefan35141 Not with buttons the size of your head you can't :p
@@Stefan35141 I know I'm sure going to!
That was my immediate thought after reading that it would be donated to a children's hospital. I would have loved doing that as a kid!
Imagine the flex walking onto a bus with this.
I don’t think people could handle that flex...
You're gonna need some literal flex to fit this in a bus
This needs to get at least 50x times the views. An amazing cause and an amazing build from yourself! Hope the little ones really enjoy their new massive Switch!
Thank you for the kind words! Please share this video with your friends! I'm currently working on an even bigger project. :-)
This is so cool! I'm glad you donated it to a children's hospital!
They loved it! It seemed like the best place for it to end up. :-)
@@MichaelPick agreed 👍
Will nintendo take it?
@@MichaelPick did you atleast give them tiny controllers
@@MichaelPick 😊 bet those children appreciate you every single day man bet it feels good to make such a positive impact and bring smiles to so many kids faces.
I would cry if the joy cons started drifting for this 😭
If they have any issues I'll fix it.
@@MichaelPick A definitive "no" on that possibility xD
@@MichaelPick just send them into Nintendo
I have a feeling this video will blow your channel up if the RUclips algorithm gods treat you right.
I hope so! Next video is going to be even better! 🙏🙏🙏
I got here through a polygon article so hey maybe it's working
@@chrisj4288 pretty sure that's the same article I came from lol
This didn't feel like I was watching a video with 1,150 views it felt like I was watching a vid with millions of views it's a high quality video :)
Thank you! This video took a while to make! :-)
It will get there eventually, now that it is featured in tech websites.
The shot at the beginning with the weight mentioned at the end works as a subtle “check me out easily curling 65lbs”. This made me chuckle.
It was a workout haha.
I love that it went to a place where children would use it and gave it away instead of selling it!
Thank you! It seemed like the appropriate place for the build to end up. :-)
Thank you for making that for Saint Jude, I was interested for the novelty but extremely excited to hear this was a donation, you rock!
Thanks Evan! Next build will be even better!
My sister loves her Nintendo Switch, she would be amazed by your large version.
Thank you!!! Send this video to her and let me know what she thinks! Haha
You rock! Not only is it a truly unique hack, but its for a great cause. Hope the kids love it!
Thank you!
Dude imagine a horror game on that... You’d be sweating from fear and trying to hit all the correct buttons!
Oh man that would be rough haha
You're so sweet giving it to the kids hospital! Nice work my man
What an amazing build and such an awesome donation!
Really hope this goes viral, the world needs to know the full power of this mechaswitch
Yes! Let's make it happen!
So cool! Where is the giant docking station? Ha, ha.
This is the best thing I ever seen the fact that the buttons actually work is a huge plus nice job dude
You're a brilliant guy! I loved this video so much, the pacing was perfect and honestly It's been awhile since I've been so engaged with a video. I was hooked on every moment between learning about this thing and just wanting to know more about you through the video. Plus when you said the system was for Saint Judes' Hospital that just warmed my heart so much. You're an incredible person, thank you for making this video. :)
Thank you for taking the time to watch the video and comment! 🙏🙏🙏
I’m currently still working on my editing skills, but I’m learning! Really appreciate the kind words.
Be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss my next build! It’s even bigger!
Commenting for the algorithm. This needs to go viral!
I need all the help I can get! Thank you!
Imagine if the Joycons were detachable lol
That's too much power...
Amazing work and the generosity of giving it to the hospital, well done.
Thank you! It seemed like the right place for it to end up.
I'm here after watching Lews video.
Absolutely sweet of you to donate it!:) The wiring is crazy, you are a madlad:D
It really is! But I had all of the wires labeled so I wasn't completely crazy . haha
This is the best video I've seen recently! Massive respects for donating it ❤
Thanks for the comment and like!
Wish there was a demonstration of multiple people working the controls but man is this great and the kids will have a blast!
The use of servos makes it a bit prone to breaking imo but I guess it's easier than rewiring the original controller's innards.
That would be awesome!!!
That's one of the most impressive thing I've ever seen in my life! You are awesome! Hope children is much more happy now with this cool Switch!
Honestly you deserve way more than 3 thousand subscribers. You honestly are a great GUY!!
Thank you! 🙏 working on growing the channel hard this year!
Very cool!
Thank you!
Saw you on Reddit
Thanks for stopping by! :-)
I'm a bit curious about the implementation of the servos, wouldn't it have been easier to take the joycon apart and wire the buttons directly to the circuit board?
Not necessarily. The joycons use very small ribbon cables that are difficult to interface with. And if you break a joycon you're out $50 for a new set. That's why I did it this way.
@@MichaelPick This is a very late reply, but I found you via Reddit. Seems there would be a lot of latency with the servos. Did you float the idea of creating mechanical rigging that would press the buttons?
What a awesome thing you did for those kids. Bringing happiness in a time that’s not so fun.
Thank you! It made all the effort worth it. 😁
Great job here. Donating this to a kids hospital its just awesome
This is brilliant!! Thanks for creating this 🙏. You seriously deserve more views & subscribers.
Glad you liked it!
Considering it's going to a children's hospital, I personally think you should've put a USB hub or something of the sort so more controllers could be plugged in, but asides that it looks really cool and I'm glad to donated it to a good cause!
Thanks!
Really cool man, I'm sure those kids are enjoying it. I like that it's big enough for one person to use each joy con
Thank you!!!
I love this! I hope St. Jude's takes some footage of the kids playing with it! Thanks for helping sick kids have some fun!
I hope so!
How have I only just come across this account and how has he only got 4.5k subs? This is awesome!
Working on growing this channel! Subscribe so you don’t miss my next build!
This is a great idea and this add to my theory that people who love Nintendo games are fundamentally/in essence good people !
yes! most Nintendo people are cool!
That’s awesome what you’re doing!! Keep it up, I love you videos!
Absolutely amazing. Subbed and looking forward to more content!
Thank you!!! Working on an even bigger project right now!!!
So useful!
Not a waste of resources at all!
Smart move 🤯
Wait. This is to Saint Jude, the same hospital that Shift4 (Inspiration4) is donating for? Nice!
This is crazy! Amazing work!
Thank you! Subscribe so you don’t miss the next build!
You are gift giving legend the fact that you not only did this project out of plain curiosity an creativity but at the end you gave it to the amazing kids over at st Jude you are a huge blessing thank you for all your hard man seriously thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you! Really appreciate the support! Subscribe so you don’t miss the next build. It’s even bigger.
@@MichaelPick I subbed the moment I knew it was for St. Jude 😂🙏🏽❤️💯 stay blessed brother man
You are really amazing for doing this. People like you make me believe that man kind is good. Keep it up :)
Will do! 🙏🙏🙏
You did an amazing job, those kids at st. Judes will definitely enjoy it! Just found the channel and subbed. Just realized I'm here before 5k subs, how does the channel not have way way more?!
Imagine going to a friend's hosue and going "Hey man, wanna play Mario Oddysey/Breath of the Wild/DOOM 2016?", you're friend goes "Isn't that game single-player?" and then you show this beast and go "With this big boy, any game is Multiplayer!"
Wow that looks amazing!
It is! Thank you!
Awesome work Mike!
Thanks Bobby!
this was awesome.. and has a wholesome ending :)
Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏
Congrats on being in Beast Reacts!🎉🎉
Thank you! I just found out!

Now that is a big massive multiplayer feature for the switch! :)

You are a legend for this
Thank you! 🙏
Love this project man. Great job. :)
Hey, thanks!
How is this only at 500 views, this needs to blow up
Hopefully, it will!
A really nice donation for the kids. Thumbs Up!
Thank you!
You need at least 10 mil views and 2 mil sub. Good luck to your Channel!
Thank you!!!
Damn! 😮
Every single thing is exactly like the original. I bet even the left analog stick drifta aa well!
This console absolute massive here. I bet Nintendo’s gotta love it
extraordinary work man!
Thank you! Cheers!
you're awesome, hope they enjoy it man
I hope so too!
Me and my daughter just watched this.
Shes 6 and now wants one haha.
Shes saying "he made one so you can make me one please!!""
Amazing video!!
Awe, that’s adorable! Sorry for dragging you into building one! Haha
That- is awesome... now about docking it to the tv....
Plus the screen is easier on the eyes.
This is Amazing!! Great job!!! 👏🏼
Glad you like it!
This guy is on of the nicest people I have seen on yt
Thank you! Working on an even bigger build!
WAIT, UR GONNA MAKE SOMETHING BIGGER THAN THAT!
This was pretty awesome
Thanks for stopping by!
Amazing work! Keep it!♡
Will do! Thank you 🙏
What a kind, awesome guy!! Very kind of you to donate it to St. Judes. ❤️
Thank you!!!
Really cool build, centering those joysticks must've been a pain! Also I have to leave an annoying comment about how at 3:31 650% bigger doesn't mean 650 times bigger, it's 6.5 times bigger, but you already knew that it was probably just a slip of the tongue. I love that you donated this to the children, very wholesome kind stranger take my silver.
Love the fact that he gave it to a children's hospital and not a random subscriber
Nice job Michael!!!
This awesome. Love to see it.
Thank you! Appreciate it!
Absolutely awesome
I love the video! You didn’t put „and giving it away“ in the title which, don’t get me wrong, wouldn’t be bad at all. But because you didn’t put it in the title it comes across more honest and authentic! I love it!
Thank you! I didn’t want to make this video seem like it was clickbait. Be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss my next build!
*Return of the King*
Thank you Noah!
Great video. Thanks man, for your effort, for everything basically.
Glad you liked it!
Awesome, way to go! Zack brought me here :))
Awesome! Thank you for stopping by!!!
Holy smokes! This is sick!
Thank you!!!!
Dope! Altho idk about the functionality of those buttons tho, cuz in the beginning you only pressed A once and right after that, the selection was confirmed while your hands where not touching any buttons, wich gives me the impression some1 selected it with a actual controller.
This is awesome
This should have at least a million views by now. This is good content
Thank you! Working on an even bigger build now!
That’s awesome! You rock! 💪
Thank you!!!
Man, you are too cool!!!
It's totaly AMAZING!!!!
Glad you think so! Thank you!
What an amazing marvelous feat
that's really cool I'd buy it just to use as a tv
Thanks for the kind words!
Imagine building a touchscreen in it
That's a good idea!
Damn, that's super tight. Nicely done.
Thank you!
Cool idea!
Thanks bro’
Wow this is so cool I have a normal switch and I want that
It was a fun/cool project
Good bless you for donating it to the hospital 🙏
Well done! I hope it withstands the unbridled force of a child whacking the buttons as hard they can
I hope so! I gave the hospital extra paint and screws in case it gets played too hard. 😂
Seen this on the news had to see what’s up lol
Hello! Thanks for stopping by 😁
This is AMAZING
You are SUPER talented
Peace ✌
This needs to reach 100 million views soon
Just saw you on the local news lol good to see someone from Huntsville
Criminal that this isn't on trending
Maybe one day!
