I can watch all of your videos and maintain that direct eye contact, and I won't lie, it feels absolutely fantastic. It's translated into life outside of the computer, as well. So I just wanted to say thank you-- thank you for helping restore my confidence in myself and help reverse the effects of an abusive relationship. You're doing great things, whether you realize it or not :D

You got the calming voice part down and speak really low and I think that's an aspect I miss in a lot of ASMR videos. They bring 100 triggers and backgrounds and situations but for me personally, it's the right tone of voice and whispering that calms the most.
The part where you were moving the little flashlight back and forth and explaining medical terminology - ohhh my gosh. That gave me intense chills. This is my first video I'm seeing of yours, and I like the added accuracy from you being an actual RN. I will definitely subscribe :)

Noah i don’t really think they’re meant to be accurate they’re meant to make you tingle and make frequent “trigger” noises. (glove noises being one of many triggers) it’s asmr, not the doctors office haha

It's gonna take more than situps to get abs, if you want abs you should eat healthy mainly fruits and vegetables and only drink water and above all that will need to workout daily for about 3 months and that's if you're in shape, if your chubby or overweight than you need to have small weights and big reps but if stronger and more in shape you'll need to do high weight small reps, it will always take a while to get abs so don't give up on it if you feel tired or sore and always keep going no matter how tired
Don’t listen to that other guy lol. Ab definition is directly correlated to body fat %. If you have fat over your abs, you have to cut carbs and go on plenty of walks. Walking helps cut fat more than running. Eat clean and drink water. Look into calisthenics for sure

It's gonna take more than situps to get abs, if you want abs you should eat healthy mainly fruits and vegetables and only drink water and above all that will need to workout daily for about 3 months and that's if you're in shape, if your chubby or overweight than you need to have small weights and big reps but if stronger and more in shape you'll need to do high weight small reps, it will always take a while to get abs so don't give up on it if you feel tired or sore and always keep going no matter how tired

Don’t listen to that other guy lol. Ab definition is directly correlated to body fat %. If you have fat over your abs, you have to cut carbs and go on plenty of walks. Walking helps cut fat more than running. Eat clean and drink water. Look into calisthenics for sure

AS M That’s exactly it, couldn’t have said it better myself. The sound is great, movement within the frame is great, the voice is great and the presence is what really hooked me - it’s steady and confident while at the same time relaxing and comforting. I can’t think of any male ASMRtists that give me the same feeling, let alone people I know irl. I subbed after like the first 5 minutes 🙈
