Gem! That's what Internet was created for ! God bless Mr channel owner
Never heard of these guys... but this album is ferocious!
seen these countless times in my youth. would have been huge if it wasnt for punk
Probably more reasons than that. Awesome band, regardless. Drummer here became original Drummer for Marillion!
Wow! Great album! I can hardly believe I've never heard any mention of these guys anywhere at all. Tight, skilled, nice fusion of progressive rock/blues rock. Vocals are an awesome range of what sounds like a mix between Paul Rodgers and Paul Dianno, though Iron Maiden wasn't out yet so I guess the Nutz influenced Paul. Every instrument skilled. Need more listeners. Glad to find this.
I've never heard of these guys.
Love how it starts off like a train going at Deep Purple speed!
Soner Rage (England)
That's how it has to sound. Splendid. THX
Great Rock n Roll from the 70's and you can only hear it here.
Nuts albums were my driving music on cassette in my ride, a 1972 Buick Skylark, wish I still had it...wish I still had my album collection too...thanks!
i lost a great deal of my old collection as well..moving etc.. great to have these record lovers up loading for the world.. thanks best dream !
Saw these guys supporting Motorhead in 1979 on the Overkill tour. They got the gig largely as a thank you for the drum riff of the title song, which is basically Philthy Animal doing Wallbanger on speed.
Totally hear it
I love this, Dylan's song is incredible.
Finding great new old music on a Friday night is going to drive me....NUTZ !
Love the harmonies.
A whole bunch of high class & catchy tunes carved out to its best👌. Shamefully faded due to poor Marketing.
Открытие для меня! Сколько классных групп было не раскручено в своё время🕒⏰⌚! Отлично😑! Спасибо за внимание!
very good.........................................
great album! all killer no filler!
Excellent record TNX
Still listening 40 minutes in.
Mais uma banda excelente que não se projetou nos anos 70. Como pode? Os caras são muito bons! Não os conheço. Graças ao RUclips estou tendo essa oportunidade.
Que isso rapaz?!!.. ótimo grupo 7etentista..!!
Awesome album
Bravo :-)
Balls out hard rock. 1976, UK hard rock was morphing into British steel. Metal was already on the horizon.
Haven't you uploaded their 1974 album ? ☮️ Babis
Judas Priest was already metal in 76. This is decent but still more in the earlier 70s bluesy hard rock style similar to montrose, etc, still great as I love the early 70s heavy blues rock stuff just as much as early nwobhm, but it took JP to really show everyone how to make the transition from blues rock to metal proper
@@RocknJazzer
UFO were a great British band too
@@thomassmith8721 Yeah Love schenker too, tho more when he was with scorpions, and his early 80s solo albums. UFO's first guitarist Mick Bolton was a great heavy blues rock player, look for their live beat club video for "Boogie" (1970)
@@RocknJazzer
Michael Schenker Group. The Scorps were great. Rainbow were pretty cool too. They were all top metal bands in that time frame.
UFO , RAINBOW , SCORPIONS , MSG , Great bands I love , from Mexico City .
great l/p rock on...............
Superb...fast ride
What a Band and What an Album, I was lucky enough to see these Guys Live twice back in 1976 when they were touring this record, if like me you think this record is good you should have seen them Live! They gave everting they had to give and some more on stage. Why do some crap band make it to the top and talent like this just fade away. Thanks for the upload and Thanks Nutz for two great Night of some of the best Music I ever heard!!
Very much agree, isn't that one of the most difficult questions to answer though? Discovered this album a few years later than you but it's still over 40 years ago. Were the shows you saw in the UK?
@@ianstuart5660 No the two shows that I saw where in Cork Ireland
@@gerbarrett6160 OK thanks, greetings from Canada 🇨🇦!
@@ianstuart5660 Hi Ian, you are either working the night shift or you are having trouble sleeping, it's got to be the middle of the night in Canada now! You take care and keep listening to great music
@@gerbarrett6160 HI Ger, yes have been up awake quite often in middle of night lately. You take care too and will for sure keep listening to great music, cheers!
This guys went on to form Rage. I own their 2nd l.p. "Nice -n- Dirty"
Then they turned into "Sliced Bread' Remember that ???
Rock YEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Really great sound
I love nutz to pieces
🍀Cheers 🍻🍺 I'll Drink2That🍀
Remembering of Omega.
Thanks Thebestdream I had, to share this great músic!!! My poor English it's too bad 😂
GOOD BAND!
... 👍 !!
Direto do Brasil 🇧🇷
But morest cool & power ( Geordiki ,my favor DBFBtN), Supperb Nyshtykk,& Keifff
Is that the John Sinclair of MC5 fame?
Bought this way back when after their song Bootliggers appeared on the first Metal For Muthas album
what an unfortunate name
From Here To Anywhere should have been called From Here To Nowhere which describes where that track goes . Ride that rif to death . That song makes Smoke on the Water sound like Prog Rock . All of their songs are extremely limited
I first saw these when they supported Black Sabbath at Newcastle City Hall in 1976. We were all handed out flyers for this, their new album. I went out and bought it the next day and have loved it ever since.
Nutz produced 4 albums...
1974 - Nutz
1975 - Nutz Too
1976 - Hard Nutz
1977 - Live Cutz
And so did Witchfynde , but who cares ?
Metal from Mutha's compilation brought me here. Baphomet was my favorite, but I liked Bootliggers, too. My first time to give their full album a listen.
Thebestdream I had, gracias por compartir, tremendo álbum de éste formidable grupo de la gloriosa década de los 70's. Saludos desde Perú.
It's so unusual to hear some good Hard FM. But when it is good, it is a delight. Nice addition to a short list.
If anybody's interested these Gentlemen come from Liverpool, my home City. Nice bunch of fellas.
John 'Mylo' Mylett, may you Rest In Peace. 🥁🤗❤️😷👋
Hi Raymond, thanks for the little bit of info, I can't believe I've not heard of them until now, awesome act and sound. :)
@@michaelgovers8036
You're very welcome, Michael. Very talented guys Nutz. 🤗👋
You might also want to look for some albums they recorded under the band name 'Rage'; it was the next project they took on after Nutz broke up, but it's the same line-up, only without Kenny on keyboards. 😊👋
Love this lp
other UK faves are
Dirty Tricks
Lone Star
Budgie
Anyone else like these?
@@michaelgovers8036 YES, THEY REALLY WERE GREAT
Sonzeira! Record in my playlist. 🇧🇷🤘😷
Haven't heard this in years. Thanks for uploading.
✌️❤️N' Rock&Roll,,,ReallyDigsMySoul😎
A little bit inbetween Glamrock like Sweet or T.Rex and Harrdrock songs like Whitesnake .... it's a shame that they hadn't any commercial success !
Wow, this is a masterpiece, i love it!
The Lonely Rocker digs this kinda music! good ole hard rock of the seventies!
Eines der besten Hard-Rock-Alben das ich seit langem gehört habe, und aus dieser Zeit.
Ps.: Inzwischend as Debuet-Album gehört, welches mich nicht so von den Socken haut.
Please i need the other album called Nutz too of 1975.
Hard Lolz.
"hard rockers Nutz distinguished themselves as one of the decade's most undistinguished second-tier acts." - Figures, because I'm a music lover of that era but have never heard of them.
Wow saw these back 78. Underrated
Awesome. Maybe a bad name choice. My ex band was great as well, but were told our name "Liquid Pussy," held us back.
🤘👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹🤘 Znakomity fantastyczny mocarny potężny hard rock dla mnie to kolejna odsłona zajebistej kapitalnej muzy z minionej epoki super dzięki bro super
Tnx man
Oh Nutz, who could forget these guys!!
These were crazy rockers. My
Great 🙂

WOW WOW!!!!!!!!
don t miss the other nutz album, it s a diamond

Nutz had 3 studio albums, this one being the last. Blue Diamond were also nutz...😀
@@innercityprepper classic mate, im laughing
Became the band Rage (Out Of Control, Nice and Nasty, Into the Night).
Sorry, Rage's 2nd and 3rd LP's were Nice n Dirty, and Run To The Night...my bad
@@johnkearns9500 RUN FOR THE NIGHT
My friend in high school called the radio station & requested wall banger by Nutz . The DJ hung up , thought it was a prank .
Sounds something you'd hear at the Double Deuce
These boys are workin' it! Thanks for sharing and spreading the gospel of good rock n roll!
Великолепно!!!
Who did they support in 76 was it Sabbath or dc or motorhead
66.6k subs, Mar 20th 2021. 😈 👿 🤟🎸🎸 🎹 🥁
Sounds great!! What kind of turntable do you use to transfer the album or is it from CD?
Uploaded is deceased
Steve Hillage on steroids!
I was here
Bien content de l'avoir dans mon répertoire. Le titre de l'album porte bien son nom.
Not my cup of tea
No accounting for bad taste
As good as queen, less the production.
