I also placed my bracket on the outside of the strut as i didnt want to remove my sissy bar mounts. So i feel placing it on the outside of the strut helped it align a bit. I was wondering if you'd noticed any downside? I imagine the bolt alone is strong enough to hold up these bags without assistance from the struts?
I have the same bags and they work really good, but they fit really awkward on my ‘21 Low Rider S. I actually have to turn mine around backwards to get them to fit right……kinda? However, I do still have my stock turn signals which are kinda in the way but it’s really the design of the strap that connects the bags and goes over the fender that gets in the way. If it were in the opposite direction they would fit just fine as designed, hence I have to turn mine around backwards. I also run a quick detach Harley sissy bar that gets in the way too, but I’ve been running them for several months and they look good and work good.
@jaybo9044 I do not regret buying them at all. They are very good overall. For the price you can't beat them, and Viking has a sale right now. I did buy the brackets from trashin supply for their bags and put my Viking bags in them and I like that much more. I'm actually thinking about buying another set of these for when they finally wear out because they are so inexpensive. But my bags are not even close to being worn out yet. But the brackets from trashin are a must for me personally. I think I paid about $150 or so? Good luck.
Bags look good man. What plate relocation kit did you go with? And did it have a light? Been trying to get my wife’s plate out of the way, but haven’t seen many reviews.
I went with the Cycle Vision curved plate. I personally didn't get the plate with the light but they make them with just a plate light, or with a plate light and running/turn/brake lights build into the license plate. I know a lot was back ordered or sold out so check into it.
I almost went with Thrashin too! Not knockin them at all, I def dig Thrashin, but like I said in the video. For the price, quality, and same dimensions, this is def not a bad option.

Ayeee thanks for checking out my channel! Congrats on your 21 Street Bob 🫡
I would have been more interested in these bags if they actually had a true Molly system on them but they only have s series of Daisy chains.
Them bags look sleek! 👌
Thanks brotha!

Always for the gram! hahaha thanks for watching!
U think I need to relocate my signal lights
No but if you do, you can have the bags sit more further back for a more cleaner look
