Perhaps next time you could get the manufacturer to do a sample first so you can make sure they have your order correct? Seems like a massive oversight for them to get such a significant thing wrong and then leave you to wear the cost of their error.
Yep. Know this situation. Before there were automatic sorters I used to sit around a big table once a month with a few colleagues and fold letters in three and then put them in envelopes. And back in the day I worked on a couple of elections. Imagine moving those huge senate papers into piles around you on the floor. That was so tedious. Just a thought for you: maybe it would be mildly faster to take a pile of bags and start by stamping at the bottom of the pile. You could then release the next packet with one finger, stamp, and let the next bag above fall down flat for stamping. I don't know if I've explained this well. Sorry!

I have changed to a new company to make the bags. All the new bags are the correct sizes. Lesson learned.

Hello i got a question when you packet you take out the air with a vacuum sealer or you only sealed normal or you put that like bag for air or oxygen?
Hi we don't vacuum our bags the way we make our jerky it does not need to be vacuumed. We also don't use oxygen absorbers.
