Trifold Christmas Card Folios using 6x6 Paper Pad & SCRAPS Project Share, Tri-fold Christmas Cards

- In today's video I am showing you some Christmas Card folios I made using scraps from a 2x12 paper pad called wrapped with care, and two 6x6 paper pads as well. The 6x6 Paper Pads I used are Joyful Christmas by DCWV from Joann and Christmas Farmhouse by Recollections from Michaels. I love making these because they're one step up from your basic card but they're also not as elaborate as a folio but still has the folio style where you can add in some photos and journaling as well! It's perfect to give as a gift and it's also a great way to use up scraps!

I love that tutorial of Tiffany’s. I did the same but sized it down for the 8.5 x 11 cardstock that I had on hand and it works just as well. Yours are embellished beautifully. TFS

@@KarolinasKrafts it’s actually pretty hard for me to find 12x12 heavy weight cardstock locally, I’d have to order it. So I made it work lol

yes I like to make a bunch of bases one day, then all of the white paper matting before I even figure out how I want to put my patterned paper in! Happy crafting

Hi Karolina! I love these card folios!! Everything you make is just soooo beautiful!! Question: Does your Michaels still sell hot buy paper pads? My local Michaels hasn’t had any type of paper pads in months. I figured they must have stopped selling them. You’ve mentioned Recollections pads a couple of times recently and I was wondering if they were recent purchases. If so, I definitely need to visit another Michaels store!! Hugs!! Tina ❤️🥰
I haven't purchased any new recollections paper pads. I haven't purchased any paper pads from Michaels since last year in 2021. They don't do hot buy paper pads anymore. They do have new ones in store but they're all marked as 9.99 now as opposed to the 19.99 they were listed at before with then hot buy sales. but now they're all just 9.99, I havent seen any sales on them. Given that that is full price though, if you come across a 40% off coupon, you can always use it on a paper pad bringing it down to the $6 we used to pay per paper pad with a hot buy deal

HELP! I have started a folio through one of your tutorials, but for some reason I couldn’t save it in Pinterest. It has navy on the front, then sparkly white paper, then a light blue paper on top of that that looks like it has snow on top. It ties closed and has a waterfall inside the front cover and 3 gusseted pockets inside. If you remember this folio, plz let me know how I can find it. Thank you so much.

Prices change as the prices of paper also change and depends on which brand of paper. it also depends on whether I bought the paper on sale or whether I paid full price or had to order it for a custom order etc, but these were fifteen

How long does it take you to make just one?
Probably around an hour from start to finish. Maybe a little more but it depends on the collection and if I’m working with scraps or an entire 6x6 paper pad and if the collection has cutaparts or not
