Yes it sure was! As the mamas and the papas were ending Dream a little dream of me was released and put on their album the papas and the mamas (which they thought would be their last album but ended up not being) instead of it saying it was by the mamas and the papas it was fully credited to ‘mama Cass’ so she could transition into being a solo musician smoothly and it sure did work! Her first solo album was called Dream a little dream and Dream a little dream of me is (I think) still her biggest solo hit
