It’s so true there are so many kids doing 2-3 grms of test per week when they can get the same results from 1 grm every 10 days ,when I took sustanon it would be 1 ml of 250mg every 10 days same amount of deca and 4-6 5mgs tabs of methandionene aka “ANABOL”

I went to world gym in 1990 July I met joe gold he told me to lose weight and walked off 😆 But I met a lovely man called chuck Pendleton I’m sure that was the name , we talked for a while and he gave me a sweat shirt , sounds like I done well .

always tiny amounts, less than beginners take, even nasser said drug amounts are a natual progression, once you try 500, you see if 7500 gets you bigger, then 1000. am sure all boydbuilders would use no less than 2-3 grams.

Good show, content with lee flows particularly well when he gets to cycle through some topics and I like that he always have an opinion backed up by reason, expressed through his humour.
Please try to find a way to deliver on whatever time commitments you must have had after this show, without jarringly closing on him over the top of his sentence lol
It's funny you guys are talking about how important calves should be which I agree with yet the current newest Mr Olympia big Ramy to me has really small calves in comparison to everything else on his body so what do you guys think about big Ramy's calves and how that either affected or didn't affect him winning the Mr Olympia and regarding his physique overall with his calves looking at least really small to me compared to pretty much everything else and his lower back didn't seem to have much detail either and I do think his side chest pose looked amazing overall just with his overall body mass and detail but the interesting thing is that his chest didn't look really that great or detailed at all from the side in comparison to everything else even though it's a side chest pose with everything else like his shoulders and arms and legs Etc looking massive and Super cut but his chest from the side doesn't show any detail or pop out at all in comparison but his lower back don't seem to be detailed either and his calves look small but everything else obviously is huge and pretty cut but whatever.

Joe Gold suffered a back injury from a torpedo attack in WW2. It got worse as he aged.
It's impossible for Lee to gain that size without Test also. Winstrol, Dbol and Anadrol all shutdown the test so he had to be at least on a TRT dose...

Best drug for results but causes havoc on your body is superdrol! That stuff is crazy but after the liver gets so much damage I only do it 20 mg 3 weeks 2 weeks at 10mg but after my testosterone is for shit and it’s time for HCG and everything else pct wise!
With all this in mind I love sustanon 2.5ml a week for 16 weeks the best because it’s so safe and easy to go back to normal after.

Talking about cycles, I'd like to hear how often both you and Lee did blood donations or had prescribed phlebotomy to control the Hemocrit/RBC levels. Everyone talks about what they take but never what they do behind the scenes to avoid complications .
I get m bloods checked every 6 months. I’ve never had to have blood taken out
Every 4 months here, and I’m 50yo and only on 125mg a week TRT for 9 months a year.
So what about the other three months? You go off cold turkey, blast?

I trained with Lee at Gold's Venice in the 90's and trust me, he was in condition with strirations when he wanted to. I agree if my mate Lee was 5'7" to 5'8"with his genetics he definitely would have been a constant top 3 finisher and or winning at many shows, including the O!👍

He would have had to improve his back as well. Not that he didn't have one, but it was his weakest part if you had to pinpoint one spot that was lagging. Overall though he is my favorite of all time. He is the reason I started following bodybuilding and getting interested in working out. He looks like a beast without even trying haha.
@@curtharakaly4620 Agreed, however what pic's and video's never show and it holds true today is everyone was in much more condition than the pic's and vid's show. Lee like everyone including me have weaknesses, but Lee's back was incredible in person. Lee loved the sport, the fan's, the prep and going to the shows way more than competing. If the politics didn't exist like they did and we didn't have so many whiny grown as men, I really believe would have put 110% into it. I also agree on the beast. No one has any idea how massive Lee really was in his prime at his height of 5'4". How he made 200lbs in condition look 230-240 was mind boggling! I'm 5'7" currently 290lbs (off season) and even at my height I did not look impressive until I was over 250lbs. Lee was doing it at under 200 in contest condition. Off season, when he was in the mid 240's-250's you would have been in awe brother. It was very intimidating. Even though I trained with Lee and he was my mate, I still idolized him as many others did too.💪

I've trained at Gold's Venice from the 90's till 2015, just too far to drive now. Kevin and Flex W. were beyond phenomenal back in the day and I admire them and was in awe. I knew they had no chance with the comebacks and no way they could've qualified, however it was exciting to see them on stage again.
Just to me, Ian should not have won the last show that qualified him, as I think it was a pass because Hunter beat him. Throw out the Fk'n word "Deserve" , waaay too much emphasis on it.
Did Ian "deserve" to win, did Patrick "deserve" to be placed hire, did Phil "deserve" to win in 2014, 2015 and 2017, did Hadi deserve to be 2nd or even win with his conditioning? It comes down to this year SUCKED in our sport with the CV-19 bullshit! I call BS because my sister is an Infectious Disease Doctor 18 year's and I know the true facts.

I do NOT believe Ramy would have got an invite IF Flex was in and guaranteed Hadi can make it. So they made the right decision bringing Ramy in, as he has been a TOP 3 Mr. O, is a huge fan favorite and many are all waiting for that "W" at the Mr. O. This is only my opinion and opinions vary, just say'n..

So Less cycle, he took clen 40 mcg, Stanazol every 4th day D-bol 40mg. Then at six weeks he replaced the dbol with a anadrol 50. The thing I like about Lee is he is so honest.
