If you're league allows it I would recommend a sisu mouth guard they offer a complete custom fit and are super comfortable u don't even notice u have it on you can talk,breathe,and drink better with it on I had one and it is by far my favorite
I used a battle oxygen, man I love being able to breath with it. Though I did have to take a pair of scissors to them and trim down the lip guard because it was bit too big for me.
Js if you have braces it doesn’t matter, I had one of the Mojo ones that taste good and are easy to talk through, i only have got one tiny cut and I’ve bad braces for 2 seasons and used the same mouth piece brand for 2 years, I play Cornerback and receiver both ways so it’s not like I didn’t take many hits
