      It has been going pretty good. I feel like my form is getting better. I had a couple shoulder injuries along the way but things are getting stronger. Hoping to make a new progress video soon.

    Random question do you use the boxing bag in the back? I am trying to decide if it is just taking up space in my garage studio or if it will benefit my breaking training. Also, I love this entire playlist. Cant wait to get it down soon.

    Been working on windmills for a while and my initial push off is great and I can do stab windmills (even if they are a little butchered), but I have problems restabbing without my knees/feet hitting the ground. This means I lose my momentum and cannot perform fast/flowing windmills. I know you have a lot on your plate, but I would apprentice any tips you have 👊🏻🔥

    hey vince, first time im early so i hope you could reply, which move do you think is the easiest to learn? windmills, swipes with 2 feet or jackhammers?

    • @FEISARCHASSISMK3
      @FEISARCHASSISMK3 3 года назад +2

      I would say from easiest to hardest it would be swipes -> windmills -> jackhammer. Standard windmills are easier than jackhammers however variations such as tombstones, babymills etc make the move more complex. Jackhammers will require good wrist strength, balance and most importantly momentum and you will most likely have to learn crickets beforehand. Best of luck with your training!

    I Love it!!! I've been learning Windmills for 3 months now 😂🤘🏼 I've made some really good progress getting my strength up. I can really relate when you said you were a skinny kid learning lol. I'm naturally skinny, but I found weightlifting to be very useful as well to get my strength up!

      For sure man! It was struggle to lift my own body weight so regular exercises like push ups and even just holding these freezes made a huge difference for me. Glad that you are making some nice progress. Keep it up!

    Useful combo because if you are in the middle of crickets and you get tired you can transition to windmills also if you feel you are going to crash during crickets you can cover it up by going into windmills. 😂

    I struggle to bring the upper leg into the air Q_Q Any exercise to strengthen my leg?

  • @lanceshoaf9990
    @lanceshoaf9990 3 года назад +2

    I think my biggest problem with windmills is figuring out how to transition to my upper back. I always seem to go from my stab to my middle back

    Hey V, long time follower, can you talk about how flexibility comes into play when it comes to power moves. I have the strength and coordination for windmills but I notice my straddle flexibility makes me have to have really high windmills almost like going to a headspin.

    Thank you so much for this tutorial! It's hard to find something like this because most people don't really explain this, I guess they think it's just too easy... But I always struggled with this, so thank you. :)

    • @VincaniTV
      @VincaniTV  3 года назад +1

      Of course! I spend a lot of time working with kids with zero experience and even strength, so I understand the struggle. I too was once in the same place. Hoping to make a couple more videos like this to give some extra help.

      @@VincaniTV That sounds really nice! Thank you. :) There aren't any people in my area who are into breaking, so these tutorials are really helpful for me. :)
