How To Shoulder Roll | Things You Should Know Before You Try A Windmill Part 4

Although the shoulder roll isn't exactly what you will do while you windmill it does help teach you how to roll to your upper back when dropping into the windmill. I find that it has helped many of my students gain confidence, strength and also form in doing the Windmill so I wanted to share this technique with you as well. Take your time and enjoy!

I was JUST thinking that I needed to get my windmills higher, and then this was posted. I practiced for about an hour before reattempting a windmill (just to see where I was at) and I got A LOT better just by doing this drill. In short, this drill is perfect if you're not going high enough on your windmills, thanks vincanitv 👍🏻👍🏻

Im actually practising the windmill and I think i start to get it but i dont rush it just keep practising till it goes smooth ps it hurts hahaha
