    Just got another house with hard money, numbers are kinda tight. I’d love to see what your options are for a dscr.

      Numbers are tight across the board for sure. I just locked a cash out DSCR at 6.75% BUT his credit was 800+ and has a strong DSCR ratio. Saw you booked a call. We can discuss more
