👋 Hi Greetings from New Zealand. I like your Citroen DS. I was thirteen years young when your car rolled off the assembly line. I like the red interior. French cars are my favorites. We sold them here in limited numbers , and they were expensive to buy. Certain Peugeot and Renault vechiles were assembled here in NZ such as the 1970s Peugeot 504 and Renault 12 models. From Carl.
@Woodyrvf750 I don't know , but there would be a Citroen car club probably in the city of Auckland. I live in Palmerston North which is a small city in the North Island. I haven't seen a Citroen DS for years on the road.
@@james2cv hilarious. Thanks for your comment. As you can tell it made my day. Do you think people would be interested in videos on the other little service jobs I’ve done on the DSuper like “changing the rear spheres”, “stopping the steering wheel squeaking”, etc?
Ah, yes. Fond memories of your Father's gold BX. Early driving days for us!. With your win in class for the Dee, i think you could justify a higher figure on the agreed value insurance. How old are the tyres on the Dee?.
The tyres are all 2018 which is when the car was put back on the road and sold to the chap I bought it from. I've just noticed that the passenger side front tyre has some pretty bad wear to the outside of the tyre so I'll need to investigate.
Is it that you are a youtuber, or that you own a Citroen that you feel entitled to use a mobile phone whilst driving. The shadow of you holding the phone gives it away.
You make a good point. Neither creating content for a youtube channel, or owning a Citroen entitles me to hold a mobile phone whilst driving. I'll find a suitable holder. Thanks.
Another great video and I love that car, well done on the Concourse win🎉
@@G3516dude thanks for your kind comment. I’m glad you enjoyed the video.

@@Carl-x8y3c glad you enjoyed the video Carl. I’m not sure but I think there’s quite a Citroen following in New Zealand now.
