It's Monday evening so I am back again with a new episode! I was supposed to start with my travel vlogs but I decided last minute to make a vlog while sea glass hunting in Seaham U.K. This vlog could easily be connected to my previous one at the Glass Centre as the main character remains the same one, the GLASS. Hello Claudia how are you doing today my most favourite lady who have a great passionate heart the kindest... What a great adventure you are doing in this content omg I never see sea glass stones before and those are so glistening and sparkling like a precious stones. That lady have collected many already and there are greens and other colours awww those are so priceless dear Claudia. Can I have one? The clear white stone is my favourite we never have that here dear mi amiga. What a great story of these more than 100 yrs ago. And now I know that was made from bottles glasses. It’s actually amazing to collecting them and put them in a clear glass jar it’s and art and designs too can be displayed in the house. Or even can make it into an accessories and Jewelry. yeah, i was very happy that day because it was sunny outside and I loved that! When it's sunny I always smile and when it rains I cry ha,ha! I love my drone and I need to be careful as I do not want to lose it in the ocean of course! it's always a bit risky but nothing that we can do about it, just hope it won't fall down! happy to have you here and I must say that i adore your comments, always so genuine and I much appreciate that! Beautiful beach. That lady had some nice colors of sea glass. A good sign you were in the right place. On the edge by the rocks looks like good hunting. It's amazingly beautiful for what amounted to trash. We hunt it too or at least my wife. A nice treasure hunt. Cool heart rock you found. Old bottle factories are the best. Great find. Cheers 👍

We are glad you had fun doing this and also found it relaxing… It’s amazing what the power of the waves can do….. unfortunately the waves do the same thing to plastic that ends up in the ocean ultimately turning it into what they call micro plastics which many of our fellow earthlings in the ocean end up eating and then come back at us if we eat them…. Hopefully we can continue to make progress and useless plastics and recycle what we are using so they don’t end up in the ocean anymore…. The glass is very beautiful and we have seen many people make things out of it and hopefully we can get back to using glass more often and plastic less often because it really is part of nature and not as harmful as plastic. 🌱💪🌎💚😀👍
Thank you for this wonderful comment! You made a great point there, mainly when it comes to the plastic. I am very much against the plastic, I rarely use it, I am more for glass. It's sad to have our oceans filled with plastic and yes, you did very well in raising awareness about this issue! As for the sea glass, it is good that people go hunting, as that way they are cleaning the beach really. It will take a while until the sea glass will be gone though, who knows how much they thrown in the sea during the 70 years while the factory was open.

The process of searching for sea glass looks quite fun and therapeutic in a way. Much like hunting for sea shells on the beach. The sea glass look like jelly beans to me. We don't have sea glass where I'm from (California). A very new and interesting video topic here. liked

I’m hearing about this sea glass for the first time too. Watched it fully and found it very interesting. Thank you for explaining the history behind it. Great footages, lovely chat’s along the way and collection of sea glasses 👏🏽 the oil does give a wet and shiny effect! I like to collect pebbles and shells which can be quite addictive too. I want to say that this video wasn't made on my holiday, it's near my house, I went there walking on a Saturday morning, well last week really. Where I grew up, along the Atlantic coast of New England, we used to find sea glass all the time. We cherished the dark blue sea glass most of all, and the aquamarine as well. We don't have any sea glass around the beaches in New Jersey. I did know about it but there is no place around me that you can go look for it. Looks like you got yourself a pretty nice collection !!! This drone is just so much fun Ari...love it!! That's my Granddaughter's name...well almost...it's Ariana, but we call her Ari...anyway...I hope I got the right name...memory's lapsing lately...lolol...Seaglass!!! OMG!!! YES...I have a whole beautiful bag of seagrass my daughter collected the whole summer either last year of they year before while her daughter was taking life guard lessons...she would walk the beach with one of the mother's every morning and pick up the sea glass along the beach...she loved it...and so did I when I saw it...she saved it all and gave it to me for my birthday, which was the best gift ever...it took her a whole summer of walking to collect and was very time consuming...a labour of love...your bowl is beautiful, and I love the idea of using the oil...is it mineral oil? I want to do the same thing...right now it sits in the beautiful bag she gave it to me in...I thought I was going to make some jewelry with it, but haven't done any yet...this is a beautiful video, from beginning to end...you look so alive and loving life...you need the sunshine and good weather...clouds and cold are not for you...Let the sunshine in...I do hope you'll be showing more of your trips there, it was lots of fun hunting with you...the glass is just beautiful and so are you Mihaela...can't wait to see more...Big Hollywood hugs!!!

Yes Mihaela sea glass is very cool and beautiful in any arrangement it is used with. I use it around potted plants, in decorative glass jars and such. There is a beach in Northern California called Fort Bragg that the ground is covered with it. You really don't have to search at all the ground is covered with it. You can look in RUclips for Fort Bragg sea glass and see for yourself. I really enjoyed your video you are such a natural making them. You have a wonderful personality. Wow, Mihaela, this brought back so many memories. Years ago at our lake and the oceans around California and Florida my family used to visit, I would look for sea glass and beautiful shells. I loved the ones that had a translucent luminescent appearance. I had a really big shell that my Dad had me hold close to my ear. He told me I'd hear the ocean in it. Very sweet memories. Thank you for this, my friend. The glass you showed here is spectacular!
Oh yeah, I knew the same thing about the shell that you can hear the ocean in it! I mean how weird is that! Very cool...I can relate to this, Mihaela. As a child we used to do this at the beach often. Many years later I noticed that there is not so much glass...too much plastic and aluminum now. In the day many things were put in glass containers of clear and all colors..shades of amber, greens, blues, browns and reds. They "mudlark" along the River Themes but not for much for beach glass but for ol;d bottles and other stuff. British weather is sketchy and a day like yous is rare and brilliant

The little stones you collect feel like jewels. This seems to be a wonderful beach full of beautiful natural gems. Sometimes just the feeling of stepping on a pebble on the beach can be enough to heal you. It is a wonderful beach where you can really hear the cool sound of the sea. Enjoy watching.

We are glad you had fun doing this and also found it relaxing… It’s amazing what the power of the waves can do….. unfortunately the waves do the same thing to plastic that ends up in the ocean ultimately turning it into what they call micro plastics which many of our fellow earthlings in the ocean end up eating and then come back at us if we eat them…. Hopefully we can continue to make progress and useless plastics and recycle what we are using so they don’t end up in the ocean anymore…. The glass is very beautiful and we have seen many people make things out of it and hopefully we can get back to using glass more often and plastic less often because it really is part of nature and not as harmful as plastic.

Thank you for this wonderful comment! You made a great point there, mainly when it comes to the plastic. I am very much against the plastic, I rarely use it, I am more for glass. It's sad to have our oceans filled with plastic and yes, you did very well in raising awareness about this issue! As for the sea glass, it is good that people go hunting, as that way they are cleaning the beach really. It will take a while until the sea glass will be gone though, who knows how much they thrown in the sea during the 70 years while the factory was open.

The process of searching for sea glass looks quite fun and therapeutic in a way. Much like hunting for sea shells on the beach. The sea glass look like jelly beans to me. We don't have sea glass where I'm from (California). A very new and interesting video topic here. liked

I tried drone sometime but it landed in the water unfortunately after a couple of flights that's the end of story hahaha!

This drone is just so much fun Ari...love it!! That's my Granddaughter's name...well almost...it's Ariana, but we call her Ari...anyway...I hope I got the right name...memory's lapsing lately...lolol...Seaglass!!! OMG!!! YES...I have a whole beautiful bag of seagrass my daughter collected the whole summer either last year of they year before while her daughter was taking life guard lessons...she would walk the beach with one of the mother's every morning and pick up the sea glass along the beach...she loved it...and so did I when I saw it...she saved it all and gave it to me for my birthday, which was the best gift ever...it took her a whole summer of walking to collect and was very time consuming...a labour of love...your bowl is beautiful, and I love the idea of using the oil...is it mineral oil? I want to do the same thing...right now it sits in the beautiful bag she gave it to me in...I thought I was going to make some jewelry with it, but haven't done any yet...this is a beautiful video, from beginning to end...you look so alive and loving life...you need the sunshine and good weather...clouds and cold are not for you...Let the sunshine in...I do hope you'll be showing more of your trips there, it was lots of fun hunting with you...the glass is just beautiful and so are you Mihaela...can't wait to see more...Big Hollywood hugs!!!

Yes Mihaela sea glass is very cool and beautiful in any arrangement it is used with. I use it around potted plants, in decorative glass jars and such. There is a beach in Northern California called Fort Bragg that the ground is covered with it. You really don't have to search at all the ground is covered with it. You can look in RUclips for Fort Bragg sea glass and see for yourself. I really enjoyed your video you are such a natural making them. You have a wonderful personality. Wow, Mihaela, this brought back so many memories. Years ago at our lake and the oceans around California and Florida my family used to visit, I would look for sea glass and beautiful shells. I loved the ones that had a translucent luminescent appearance. I had a really big shell that my Dad had me hold close to my ear. He told me I'd hear the ocean in it. Very sweet memories. Thank you for this, my friend. The glass you showed here is spectacular!
Oh yeah, I knew the same thing about the shell that you can hear the ocean in it! I mean how weird is that! Very cool...I can relate to this, Mihaela. As a child we used to do this at the beach often. Many years later I noticed that there is not so much glass...too much plastic and aluminum now. In
the day many things were put in glass containers of clear and all colors..shades of amber, greens, blues, browns and reds. They "mudlark" along the River Themes but not for much for beach glass but for ol;d bottles and other stuff. British weather is sketchy and a day like yous is rare and brilliant

yes, someone wrote a comment about the plastic being thrown in the ocean (and everywhere for that matter), and I must say that I hate people who throw stuff all over the place, I would NEVER do that, we need to have more respect for our planet, we complain about so many things but we lack basic respect for our home! That's unacceptable! Thank you Peter for making think about these things again! It's good to always remember that we need to respect our environment! xx
