- This week we took a break from mudlarking and visited the famous Glass beach at Seaham for a bit of beachcombing and sea glass hunting. This beach is renowned for some of the best sea glass in the world. You find the most beautiful multis there (smooth sea glass with two or more colours) We had the most wonderful day and found the most multis we have ever found and perhaps some of the best! Come with us on our glorious sea glass hunting adventure :)
We have started a patreon page for anyone wishing to support us.

Nature is so forgiving of us humans.it takes our trash n turns it into treasure.it never fails to impress me.thank you girls for making it fashionable to search for these beautiful items.x
Thank you that is beautiful :)
It's just happening you know... We pollute it and stuff happens... That's a very disconnected comment... If nature could... It would hate you with passion
Love Oscar displaying the joy and wonder of childhood, pity a lot us lose it as we grow older
I wish I could run down the beach like him haha :)
Lovely, just lovely! The pure excitement in each find is wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing!
Toffee is so cute 🐕🐕
Some superb glass there, they look like a pirates jewel chest tipped on the beach. What a lovely day you had.
Jewels for sure! :)
Such beautiful bits of glass...they look like candy!
What a treat! It reminded me of how we used to hunt for agates along the shore of Lake Superior, in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We'd face in the direction of the setting sun so that the translucent agates would catch the direct angle of light. Yes, Kate, your multicolor translucent stones were agates.
Oh that sounds wonderful, we would love to do that :)
Greetings from a northern Michigan gal. I, too, have spent many hours hunting for agates on Lake Superior near Crisp Point.
Such a beautiful video, lovely to see a family having fun together! The sea glass is so pretty! 😀 x
Thank you 🤗
Beautiful staging of the marvelous stones. I would be so addicted to wanting to stay on the beach. Magnificent! 💗🐝
It is really hard to leave :)
Once again a joyous video. Oscar showing us all how to keep that inner child and your whole daily just enjoying the day. Blessings
Thank you so much!
I just love Flaur's striped one. And the yellow 70's is so cool too.
Thank You for this wonderful video, You both are my favorite mudlarkers.🌸🐝🦋🌳🌾
Ah thank you Georgia :) x
So glad you shared your trip to Seaham. For those of us who may not get there any time soon, it was a real treat. Enjoyed how Nanny Caboodler threw herself into the search. She has a good eye, too. So many wonderful multi treasures came home with you. I like Oscar's idea of saving sand from each beach....it's a great memory keeper of fun family days.
I think my mum likes finding things as much as we do haha :) x
The footage of Oscar running along at the tide's edge is so wonderful - the sheer unbridled joy is absolutely delightful. I love all your tiny finds - some beautiful multis there! Sad that the overall amount is diminishing so quickly.
I think there is hopefully plenty left, it is just a bit harder to find but then even more pleasurable to find :)
Beautiful Multis that long purple one would make a great
Ring or pendant!!!
It really would :)
So calming to watch. Thank you.
The sea is so giving throwing beautiful glass jewels on the beach for talented people to find you make beautiful things out of your finds.
Nature makes beautiful things
Lovely glass. It was great to "meet" Nanny Caboodler and Toffee, too. ❤️
I only live 20 minutes from here and went for the first time the other day. I would love to be able to find a multi. It is such a beautiful place
Your finds are lovely. Gorgeous glass today. Thanks for taking us along on your beach hunt 😊
I’ve never seen such beautiful sea glass, two tone!
👌I love the giants clog 👍👌😀 xx
:) :) :)
I agree with you. I love the 70ish one. All amazing!
Yaaay! I spoke to soon, you picked up Agare!
Such beautiful multi sea glass a and stones! Lovely day out. Thanks for the day out.
Lovely day at the shore I think my favorite find is the stripy one and the purple pendant shape. They are all fun to look at can’t wait for your next excursion. Thanks
The tiny blue and clear tiny pieces would be lovely dollhouse ice cubes. the reds would make coals in the dollhouse fireplace. either way you both look like you had so much fun. Creating treasured memories. Thanks for sharing.
The red coals is a lovely idea :)
*Today we’re limiting ourselves to multis and rare colours* ....just another reason that this is the best mudlarking channel. You both are so genuine and just good people.
Have a great week and thanks for sharing. 🥰🌼
Thank you so much :) x
Beautiful glass the clog was outstanding.
Oh too have Oscar’s energy. Thank you guys for taking me back to the land i was born from, the beach is awesomeness of nature. Your multis are so beautiful, thank you for sharing your day out. God bless and stay safe and well 🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨✨
I too wish I had Oscars energy haha :) x
Seaham glass is so pretty, it always reminds me of candy! I would love to find some someday....but until then, I'll enjoy the video.
Just amazing!
Muml is the winner for being the best find with her multiple multi.... The one that is her favorite.
Such glorious colors!
Thanks for bringing me along! Such a fun day!
Beautiful finds. I have 2 multis in my collection. I can’t imagine having so many. So happy for you! I like Oscar’s sand idea! He is such a cutie! See you next week! ♥️
Your excitement is infectious
Your vlogs always make me smile and think of the end of childhood xxx
Wonderful finds🤩🤩🤩💖💖
We love watching your videos and seeing your finds and all the excitement ,what a buzz :D
Thank you :)
I love hunting for things on beaches. You can’t be let down with what you find. It’s kind of relaxing to me in a way.
We love larking beaches! :)
Great glass finds ❤️🇨🇦
That was a great sea glass multi day! Trouble is it went so quickly! The striped one you found Fleur was amazing! And your one that looked like seaweed inside Katie, were my favourites. Thankyou so much. I adore sea glass.😀
We thought this film may have been to long haha :)
What a beautiful day you all had, lovely treasures found and family time, love it❤️🥰
The sea glass is so lovely. Some stunning pieces 😀
Your favourite 1 reminded me of a teddy bear eye. There was a purple 1 that looked beautiful, my fave that 1.
All were beautiful pieces, my favorite was the striped cylindrical shaped. I miss the beach as a kid we would spend all day there, we had friends who lived across the highway from there, on the California coast.
We love the beach I can see why you would miss it :) x
My absolute favourite are the multi “eyes”… but hard to pick, because they’re all so amazing!
They are all so beautiful :)
I am so impressed with your eyes in finding so MANY beautiful multies. Who knew the ocean could take an old clog and turn it into a beautiful piece of driftwood. Thank you so much for this wonderful video.
The clog was unexpected beautiful find for sure! :) x
I haven't watched the whole video yet but you've got a new subscriber! I was at Seaham on Saturday but didn't manage to find any multis (it was so busy!) . I did find a big piece of red glass and some lovely green and blues.
Yes we were lucky as we went quite early in the morning and the tide was with us. Best to follow the tide going out :)
The sea there is absolutely beautiful! I love you and your mom's joy!
Forgive my ignorance from a land locked resident but what happens in the sea to form the multie's.they are beautifull and would make fantastic jewellery.but its lovley to see you all having a good time by the sea.its a beautifull beach isent it.🐱🐛
They are the result of waste glass being thrown in the sea :)
So many beautiful treasures. Love to see the family out together. Thank you for sharing👍💜👍🧡👍💛
Kate , you and your mother are so cute together and so personable. You are a pleasure to watch and I am so happy that you take us along on your hunts for treasure. I love your wonderful dolls and doll house. It is one of a kind and so old fashioned fun. You are sweet and awesome people. Oh and Oscar is also a sweetheart. I just love his smile. So glad you are posting on mondays. There are so many that come out on Sunday that it makes it nice to look forward to your’s on Monday. Your excitement and enthusiasm are contagious and you have gotten so professional in your presentations. You look so comfortable doing it. Thank you for including us. We love you. Donna/Indiana USA
People have been collecting seaham glad for years there used to be a glass factory their in the early 1900's. And they dumped the spoil into the sea. People often make jewellery from it ☺️
Thank you so much for your lovely comment :) x
Fleur, At 21 : 26 you spotted a treasure, picked it up, saying "This one looks like it might be intriguing, Oh hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo yes it is!" Did you realize when turned at a certain angles, it looked like a little birdie, or was it just me?
It was a sweet picture of Oscar with Toffee.
Haha I will have to look at it again :)
I see your ocean and beach and feel excited. Such a beautiful country you live in. To share your beach by leaving some treasures for others, it’s so selfless. You are two wonderful people.
Thank you so much :)
I have an idea for your dolls leg. How about putting an air plant in it but first glue a magnet to the inside so you can then put it on your fridge.
Another idea for your multi glass.
Can you buy one of the Christmas lights on a strand of silver or gold wire? If so glue a multi onto the tiny light bulb to show the layers. Then pop them in a jar tangled up .glue the battery holder under a removable lid. So you can turn them on and off and change the batteries when needed. They would make a gorgeous Christmas decoration above the fire place.
What a lovely day out.
Beautiful ideas :) x
A big hello there from Oklahoma. Loving your channel. Such beautiful finds and what you do with them is amazing as well.
Thank you so much!
Lovely footage. Some surprisingly colorful bits. I think the one with the many stripes was my favorite. The cute little white and clear heart is cased glass. I don't believe flashed on colors could survive being tumbled by the sea. They barely survive being handled.
Thank you for that information we have lots to learn :)
Such beautiful sea glass.
You ladies areso good i dont tbink i could see those multi's
I just love the pure joy of it all.
Wonderful. I had a really rough day today, and this helped me sooo much. Beautifully filmed as always. Thank you lovely family ❤🇦🇺
:) :) xxxx
Loved all your finds, can't wait until next July as my friend and I will be visiting England and on the top of our list is Seaham. Did I imagine that your Grandma had two little dogs 🐕 if so I hope they are both well.
How exciting! My mum has three dogs :)
My favourite place
So very enjoyable thank you for sharing.
07:31 "OK, you winning" :))) Аs if we heard ourselves. We assume that this is common when two people are searching together :)))
Well done! ❣ Great finds!
everything was so lovely thank you
Wow! As always, another wonderful family excursion shared! I'm always amazed at the sea glass you find. I grew up on the coast of Maine, and spent many hours as a kid hunting for sea glass but almost always finding next to nothing at the beach other than sand dollars. I can't imagine one beach with as many beautiful pieces as Seaham. The multi-colored swirly piece was gorgeous- can't wait to see what you ladies create with such amazing finds.
Seaham is truly a wonderful place to search for sea glass. We are very lucky to be able to go there. Thank you :)
Wow, you found some amazing pieces. Awesome finds.
I love watching you and your lovely family. Beautiful seaglass 💖💚❤️💙💜
Lovely video, lovely family, lovely finds, lovely scenery

Another wonderful day! This was a very calming stress free visit. Thank you.
Seaham is such an amazing place as it never fails to give up it's secrets. So many beautiful multies, and you all had a lovely day in the sunshine. Thank you for sharing and enjoy the rest of your week
Thank you so much :)
Such a lovely video. Thank You for posting.
Beautiful glass x
I watch your vids everyday I’m at work it gives me such peace and I never get sick of hearing your guys excitement. My favorite mudlarkers out there.
Thank you so much :) x
I’m going to Seaham soon. Really excited about finding treasures! Super video. I enjoyed watching your adventures there x
The sounds on this vid are wonderful. All the sounds of a day at the beach. I really enjoyed all the finds but mama caboodles stripped multi that was like a shell is incredible. Great job, a fun day!
I love Seaham 😍. Wow so many Multis. The glass museum there is amazing i loved every minute.

You got some really beautiful pieces 💕
You should chuck some new glass bits in for the sea to polish for the future.
I think people are, I think it is called seeding :)
Lovely! 💓
💜💜💜💜💜💜💜I've been watching your videos to de stress 💜💜💜absolutely wonderful and lovely
Thank you :)
You were a long way from home Ladies, but clearly worth it. Many thanks for this refreshing video.
It was wonderful! :)
Love love love 🥰🥰🥰 thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching! :)
I loved your video of at the beach again and it looked like you found more red jewels than other times but I could be wrong. Also with Kate wanting to learn about rocks there may be a club that she can visit that would be willing to show you all what certain rocks look like and get to know what certain ones look like or libraries if they are open. Just a thought.🙂
We definitely need a guide :)
You girls are fantastic! You make a game out of something you find so much fun to begin with and have a great time. I love your videos and watching you find the beautiful glass and stones. Stay safe! ❤
Haha we sort of drew in the end :)
I love watching you look for sea glass or anything really. Do you look for agates on the beach? I've seen several when you pick up multis! And one of you missed what looked like a dolls arm! It was 3 o'clock from a blue multi. Have a good day on you're next adventure.
We are trying to learn about agates and stone :)
Ooo, I look forward to see stream larking! You always find the best things. Even the mini hagstones and I look forward to seeing Kate's little Whale! Thanks again guys 😁
Thank you so much Richard x
The stripe glass made me think of a silk scarf, the others, rootbeer, a third eye - blue and white, deep red - a grape or cranberry, the others butterscotch candy, so many things they remind me of.
Have you ever found any gems stones, sapphire, garnet, ruby, diamond, emerald?
No but we would love to one day! :)
Wonderful video guys.Really enjoyed the sounds of the sea. On some beaches you're not meant to remove anything.
I posted my comment too soon! Your family joined you. I love watching how Oscar runs and plays and then hunts for a spell then plays again. I'm from Kansas USA so I have no close beaches to hunt at. I am jealous but very happy for you girls. Stay safe! ❤
Thank you so much :) x
