I love this community. I hate the walmart, never been inside it. I have heard that Mendocino Farms is coming across Lure's.
It was nice when it was 24hrs. Should be target there for that area though.
More vids like this please. That was great info.
I didn't know porter ranch had apartments! good to know
PR is a great city, living here is great especially since all needs and beauty are right outside your door, but there are issues.
Like the gas leaks, no high school (besides SC), and the fact new homes nad hotels are being built everywhere.
8/10 i do like living here
THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE IN THIS CITY!
How is the crime there, house break ins
Much lower than other parts of the Valley. Porter Ranch is mainly comprised of gated communities and outdoor shopping centers
@@darrenkrizlosangeles100% agreed, the city crime is very low and the people are amazing
the porter ranch estates where i live hasn’t had a break in since its inception in the late 80s
@@-matthewmy friend that lives in the estates had his house broken into during Covid. A lot of his neighbors too. Generally not a lot of crime except for the crackheads coming from chatsworth
@@SirP-h5s that’s crazy, our HOA boasts about not having a break-in since the 80s, but I guess they’re maybe not up to date. there are quite a few houses with their backyard touching sesnon that i wouldn’t doubt a crackhead could jump over
For anybody that loves to live on top of each other, perfect place! You’ll see homes over 5000 ft.², over $4 million but again super tight, super narrow, super congested, just think about a natural disaster or the collapse of society, how the hell you get out of there, not before getting killed by your own neighbor! No thanks 👍🏻
