Gnyanam, dhyanam, karmaphalathyagam -- Bhagavad-Gita. Yes Didi, it really works. I tried it and my soul has become peaceful. Every day before going to bed meditation to close karmic accounts and morning meditation to start a vibrant day. It doesn't mean that I don't come across problems or troubles, they do, but they don't disturb me.

The purpose of meditation is to free the soul from everything because unless it is freed it will not enter eternal bliss - the home from where the soul came. The soul wants to go home. So, we should not bind our soul or other's soul with any feeling whether good or bad, because remember that soul wants to go home. That's the reason why whatever we achieve soul is happy temporarily but it's not happy eternally. So, whatever we give is short-term. The soul wants to go home where there is eternal bliss. Please let it go.
