Clubs are nearly always a pain, especially if it's mostly retired people. Being old doesn't always make you nice, to some it just means they have more time on their hands to moan. Also always amazes me that no matter how good an idea is someone will find a way to object.
Yeah then they get bored with nothing to do.

Great stew Lance. I’ve missed a few stews lately. Just seems to be too many great channels to watch. And coming into spring/summer season, there’s a lot to do.
A antique tractor club here a few years ago sorta closed up because of Pickering amongst them selfs. I never joined cause I don’t need any of that.

Thanks 👍 We have a good club with very little trouble at all. Thats not saying we all agree on everything but over all it is a good thing and the president does a good job it is just this one thing he is firing up about but Im pretty sure we will sort it and hold a good rally. Just a lot of extra work for us now.

G Day Lance, your experiences with clubs and committes is the very reason I try to avoid them like the plague, I hope your rally comes off, as we all need them to exhibit the amazing tractors we have, but JC is there some politics in them. Best of luck, looking forward to the video's of it.

G Day Barry, Yeah you see it a lot in clubs but ours seems to not suffer with the normal club BS as we wont let it. We dont mind dissagreeing on things but dont take it to heart. The president does do a good job and is the right bloke for the job but for some reason on this matter he is spreading fear of failure so those of us who want to go ahead with it have had a lot of extra work we dont really need bolstering support and suring up figures which are all a guess at this stage anyhow.

Your problems with the club is exactly why I won't be a member of any club. Don't need negative people in my world 😊. Have a good rally.👍
We can usually work through things and all remain friends but you do see it a lot where clubs have trouble.
I have a MDC camper and the running gear is rubbish, I had to rebush my trailing arms as the grease attacked the crappy material and made them all egg shaped which threw out the wheel alignment. Crappy hub caps which don’t seal the grease in on a hot day. They give me the shits but I guess you get what you pay for don’t you
We have an Austrack Telegraph X. We put new shocks on as the others were leaking which seems to be a common thing, we have Lovells now, but I cant feel any suspension arm movement yet but it hasnt done much work. I believe the MDC has non standard bushes that are about 1mm smaller that all of the other Chinese campers.
@@BundyBearsShed I put the 50x50 upgraded lovells bushes in them and try to use lithium grease only on those joints. The orange original ones just broke up trying to get them out. I’m not convinced with the product in general
Hi Lance, I picked up a 1952 Fergie Tea 20 (20 85) at auction almost the same as my Great Grandfathers te 20 he bought brand new in the 50's, i wondered where you get your oil filters from or If you'd suggest a Newer filter Upgrade kit, Thanks From Haldimand County Ontario Canada.
I get them from Sparex usually, they seem to have a good range and I never have trouble with them.
