Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour (Rise of the reds mod) is a real-time strategy video game and the seventh installment in the Command & Conquer series.
Rise of the Reds - or ROTR for short - improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance.

In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics. ROTR also changes some of the game mechanics in order to create a unique and fresh experience.
Examples include a technology progression system based around three tiers, a more fleshed out counter system between air and anti-air units as well as an additional emphasis on specialised scouting and detection units which serve to make stealth tactics a more viable option than they were in the original game.

You'd best not block Line of sight of Gun Turrets and Bunkers with your watch towers
ECA Infantry Works best if you've garrisoned them; this includes the barricades. If you are going to use masse barricades build medic bunkers near them, the heal radius will auto heal them fast enough from lone Artillery attacks
Additionally swapping the pandur's rifleman into engineer gives you a mobile repair vehicle

Comrade Commandant:
Deploy the Fenris en masse; and switch them to Pilot Snipe Mode- if the Russians are to overwhelm you with Tank Hordes, then it would be better if you snipe their pilots dead- and use their tanks against the Russian Forces
The Russians would be shocked- should their prized Sentinel Tanks are attacking them instead 😈
That is one hell of a first mission!

Also hints:
- Guard Tower able to fire over other buildings, so don't cross line of sight to Barricades and Gun turrets;
- Frank Jager can go prone to switch a sniper rifle with excellent range & infantry damage. Also he is stealthed when use the sniper rifle.
- Sniper must be deployed to fire & can't garrison any buildings.
- Fortification can be upgraded to a Open Topped Fortification to become garrisonable by Combat Pioneer or Grenadier.
I kinda wished they had tried voice acting a narrator.
