It’s a lovely sound. However, if you’re teaching it to students, you might want to correct a couple of bits of Italian pronunciation: how do you get “si” to come out as “zee”? S as in soft, not as in music. And your “vagheggiar” is incorrect: the h after the g makes it hard as in “go”, not soft as in “magic”. The second g sound in that word is soft, but not the first. Otherwise it’s a lovely model to follow.
I think she’s trying to shut the air off by using Z instead of S, but yeah, she’s going a little too far towards Z. Same with using B instead of P and V in place of F. Certain consonants are more plosive and lead to less unnecessary air expenditure.
