Biggest vocal group of all generation in Kpop for me coz I have listened to every single EXO songs in their discography and watched every single MVs and live concerts like EXO is incomparable. What’s funny is they sound more amazing in their live stages. Their live performances are like insane too. I have seen every single boy group in Kpop but EXO is simply incomparable like there’s no flaw at all.

It sounds like there are at least two vocals during the ad-libs. One of them is D.O for sure but I am not sure who the other one is (probably Chen/Baekhyun/Suho).
Yeah, Chen and Baekhyun (and sometimes Suho) did ad-libs too with the high note. Like Baekhyun did in El Dorado, and Chen in Tempo. But what i love is D.O do improvisation ad-libs when they perfom live or concert. Actually you may found my comment a bit biased, but we all know EXO is Kings of Vocals. They all can sings. But all members can sing very well, and dance, and rap, and visual and acting… 😊 EXO is 9 members. They debuted as 12 , but 3 chineses left the group. SM has many producers from Korea, US, England… some songs Chen, Chanyeol, Lay, Baekhyun, Suho write the lyrics.
As with most of EXO's songs and MVs -- such as "Love Shot" -- the song and the story in the MV are two separate things. There are two messages that the story tells in the MV. Yes, the story in the MV is loosely based on the lyrics of the song, but the main point of the MV is mostly to tell another part of EXO's story. There are 8 members in "Love Shot." Lay, their Chinese member, was not able to participate in this MV. Everything EXO is involved in, and I literally mean almost everything -- including what is happening in their "Love Shot" MV -- is connected in some way to their concept and storyline. EXO's MVs are kind of like a movie -- it's a movie that has been going on for the past 10+ years -- since predebut -- and it has no sign of coming to an end any time soon. The one thing you have to be aware with all of EXO's MVs, and I really mean all of them -- including their sub-sub-unit MVs and a majority of the member's solo MVs. And because Baekhyun and Kai are involved, even SuperM's storyline -- is that they are all connected and they all tell a little more of EXO's story, each MV is like another chapter in EXO's graphic novel or mystery movie series. EXO debuted in 2012 and from day one, the group's concept is that they are aliens from Planet Exo and they came to Earth with superpowers to protect the Tree of Life from the Red Forces. Each of the members has a superpower that is unique to them and almost every MV will have at least one, if not all of them, using their powers. Part of EXO's mission is they are constantly fighting against and battling the Red Force for control. The Red Force is thought to be here on Earth inflicting their evil agenda and corrupting humanity and causing all the bad things that are happening in the world such as war, hate and destruction of the environment, etc. While on their quest to locate and protect the Tree of Life, EXO is also tasked with trying to fix everything the Red Force has caused. And because EXO is trying to undo and prevent the Red Force from accomplishing their goals, the Red Force is also trying to take down EXO by capturing them, corrupting them and standing in their way, etc. So each new MV or project from EXO tells another part of the story. In "Love Shot" I'm not sure why EXO first ended up at the gas/service station or the cinema/movie theater, but the story in this MV is all about how the Red Force is trying to corrupt and control them. For example, supposedly, most fans agree, that Xiumin may have been captured by the Red Force -- or maybe it's his X-EXO clone. If you notice, Xiumin is squaring off with a group of guys with guns, but a few seconds later we see someone with a mask and when the mask is removed you see that it's Xiumin, which seems to show that he may not be who we think he is. And when Chen is sitting in the theater watching the film, you see what fans agree is Suho, as the leader, probably trying to protect the members and prevent Chen from watching the film by covering his eyes. Whatever is being played on the movie screen is thought to probably be the Red Force trying to control EXO. You also see references to the movie screen with Chen being projected on the screen in their "Lucky One" MV and the scene where Suho is running through the forest in their "For Life" MV, etc. These instances seem to be showing times when the Red Force are using the videos to brainwash EXO and to keep them incapacitated so they don't try to fight back or escape, etc. In "Love Shot" one theory is that the members are fighting to discover who has been corrupted by the Red Force and who may not be who they say they are, etc., which I see as a sort of continuation of the story in their "Tempo" MV. This is why you see them being very suspicious pointing their guns -- which are filled with alcohol -- at each other. (Get it? the song is called "Love Shot" so it has a double meaning: Love Shot like a gun and Love Shot like a shot of alcohol. :D) The flowers have two purposes, one is they represent Love and EXO is collecting love, but also the flowers are a big part of EXO's storyline. There has been a flower theme that continues throughout all of EXO's MVs. The flowers are thought to be something that EXO is collecting and trying to get rid of to prevent the Red Force from being able to control people, etc. They often collect the flowers and then burn them, like you see in "Love Shot" and in EXO-CBX's "Hey Mama" MV. Blue roses also have some sort of significance, but I am not sure what yet -- we see EXO with a blue rose in their concert performances of "Lightsaber" and we see Sehun with a blue rose in "Love Shot." Some of what happens in this story is explained by past MVs and other parts will hopefully, be explained as the story continues in future MVs. Money is the root of all evil, and people's obsession with material goods and wealth could be one of the ways the Red Force is using to control humanity. Which is why you see EXO trying to take down the gambling ring in their "Monster" and "Lotto" MVs and why they talk about money in EXO-CBX's Japanese song "Ka-Ching," etc. They also burn the giant stack of money in "Monster"/"Lotto," it's not an isolated incident, so it's obviously a significant thing within EXO's storyline. Baekhyun is actually one of the main characters in EXO's storyline so he is often set apart or singled out in EXO's MVs. He is often the one that stands alone or is highlighted in the story. For example, in their "Power" MV Baekhyun has been singled out and is sort of separated from the other members, which seems to suggest maybe Baekhyun is the only member that hasn't been corrupted by the Red Force. So that is thought to be why in "Tempo" and in "Love Shot" we see Baekhyun standing on top of the building looking down on the rest of the members, almost as if he is observing them from another dimension or from another time period. Baekhyun is often the one who is going behind the sense to help EXO. For example, we see him disguised as a member of the police as he rescues the other members from the back of the police van in "Monster," and we see Baekhyun facing off with and confronting Xiumin in "Love Shot." :D And now that we have discovered that the Red Force has created X-EXO, EXO's evil clones, as part of "Obsession's" story, I am also starting to think that maybe in "Love Shot" we aren't just seeing EXO. I think maybe when we see the members dressed in the bright colors -- for example, when they are in their suits -- this might be X-EXO and when we see the scenes were they are in black, this could be EXO. Because in their "Obsession" MV we find out that the members in all black are EXO the good guys, and when we see them in the colorful outfits with the crazy hair and makeup that is their X-EXO alter ego clones. This could also explain why Kai is dressed in a red suit. Although I am sure their stylists put him in red because he looks really good in it, I think SM chose it because it's another hidden message within the storyline. Usually, whenever we see red in EXO's MVs this has something to do with the Red Force, so for a long time I have been wondering why then would they put Kai in a red suit? However, now that we know about the X-EXO members, I am starting to think that when we see the members in their colorful suits and clothing in "Love Shot" this is actually the X-EXO members, so when we see Kai in red this is his alter ego clone, as well as the other members when we see them in suits, etc. I also think maybe the members who are collecting all the flowers in "Love Shot" are really X-EXO, as part of some evil plot, etc. If you look at the members expressions and the outfits they are wearing in the scenes where you see them collecting the flowers, this reminds me a lot of what they looked like in their "Ko Ko Bop" MV. Since "Obsession," theories now think that what the "Ko Ko Bop" MV was showing us was X-EXO right after they were created as they are becoming acclimated to the world and learning how to use their powers, etc. Which would explain why everything in the "Ko Ko Bop" MV is so brightly colored as well. But you should also know that no one really knows for sure what is happening in any of EXO's MVs. There are well known theories and storylines that are accepted within the fandom, which we think might explain what is happening in each MV. And there are theories about how each MV is connected and where each falls within their larger storyline, but nothing is set in stone. Fan theories are constantly evolving and changing with every introduction of a new piece of the puzzle.

I love EXO because its like they eat cds..whatever you hear in the audio version is like their live versions too most of the time even better! They are most often judged for doing lipsyncs in live performances bec they are that good. Not saying that they never do lipsync cause probably all singers do to preserve their voices. EXO has 9 members. 8 koreans (Xiumin, Suho, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai and Sehun) and 1 chinese (Lay). They debuted 2012 as 12 members (8 koreans and 4 chinese members), they used to sing 2 versions of they songs but 3 chinese members left the group. Btw because EXO is still currently in their military enlistment era 8 out of 9 members have successfully debuted as solo artists. came across your vid through youtube algorithm lol, welcome to exo. try to get to know them more and you will not regret it. They have the best vocals and their discography? *chef's kiss* All members are capable soloists now (bcs they are in hiatus as a group) and also an ace in with other fields (acting, variety show, musicals, etc.). They also have very interesting concept unique to them. Every comeback has as story connected to one another from debut to present.
Sehun is also my fav so I now the struggle of wanting to hear him more, the exo title tracks that I recommend where you can hear more vocals and rap from him are: -Tempo -Monster -Kokobop -Obsession I also recommend you too see "The eve" dance practice that choreo is iconic and the song even felt like a main song in the album.

There is rarely enough Sehun! He's historically not been confident vocally and is surrounded by some of the best vocalists in the pop industry. He is a great dancer and rapper, so you have to look out for those.

dude, these guys are insanely talented, i swear. they're the vocal kings (obviously), they have some of the best dancers in the whole K-pop industry, they have the great rappers, they set the very admirable records in different areas, they even acted in the different dramas, and tbh i can't say if there's anything else they haven't participated in yet. if you wanna get surprised a little bit more, i'd really recommend you to watch their "Acoustic Session" live (not necessarily in the reaction video, you can do it just on your own). beautiful voices, beautiful songs, and of course beautiful guitars. i bet you would like it a lot

Im so happy you love Sehun as much is i do! Actually, Sehun felt very insecure of singing back in the days so he got very little parts in most of them and hes mainly a part of the rap line. But the parts he got hes slaying! And they're getting more over time. He also got a Sub-Group with Chanyeol (the other rapper in the group) called Exo-SC and I especially love their lives. Thats the reason why there is EXO-K and EXO-M in the first years of their carrier. In the early days 3 members left: Huang Zitao, Kris Wu and Luhan and they kept on making it with 9 members. One member is still chinese and had to kind of stay out of most videos and lives because of a korean-chinese conflict so he couldnt attend concerts or practises (but he got a part at the end of "Dont fight the feeling" for example and they got him greenscreened in because hes still an EXO). His name is LAY and hes making incredible Solo Stuff, so check him out too! formerly EXO had 12 members that debuted on April, 8th 2012. they had 8 koreans and 4 chineses divided into two sub-group/sub-unit, EXO-K (to promote in South Korea, 6 members all Koreans) and EXO-M (to promote in China, 4 members are Chinese + 2 are Koreans). But now EXO consist of 9 members (8 koreans + 1 chinese) since 3 chinese members left the group at 2014 and 2015. I don't think Cesar Oh has many errors , it is just become outdated(though most guides are and we need new guides for sure) but unlike other long guides where few members get more time then few get very less times, Cesar Oh ones are more elaborate and give more depth info about members' personality and each member get equal time slot.

They are out of this world good. Their b-sides often are better then their main tracks. Their lives vocals are better than their recorded ones. Their solo projects are crazy good and their discography is one of the most versatile out there. The more you listen to them the more you’ll come to like them. I have seen many reactors now really falling for them and taking a deep dive into their work. If you really want to be blessed with quality vocals and songs, don’t sleep on them.
EXO is a hidden gem... their company never promoted them internationally at their highest pick so everyone who gets to know them falls for them little by little. Thanks for giving them a chance, i hope you get to react to some of their love performances which are insanely crazy.

At 7:58 the ad libs are actually 2 members! It is D.O whom you pointed out but also Baekhyun. We have 3 main vocals Baekhyun, D.O. and Jongdae. EXO has done multiple genres so there are quite a few songs that sound very different from each other.. So you definitely can't know in advance if a song would be your vibe but if you like Love Shot there's a lot of other songs you'll enjoy!

As with most of EXO's songs and MVs -- such as "Love Shot" -- the song and the story in the MV are two separate things. There are two messages that the story tells in the MV. Yes, the story in the MV is loosely based on the lyrics of the song, but the main point of the MV is mostly to tell another part of EXO's story.
There are 8 members in "Love Shot." Lay, their Chinese member, was not able to participate in this MV.
Everything EXO is involved in, and I literally mean almost everything -- including what is happening in their "Love Shot" MV -- is connected in some way to their concept and storyline. EXO's MVs are kind of like a movie -- it's a movie that has been going on for the past 10+ years -- since predebut -- and it has no sign of coming to an end any time soon. The one thing you have to be aware with all of EXO's MVs, and I really mean all of them -- including their sub-sub-unit MVs and a majority of the member's solo MVs. And because Baekhyun and Kai are involved, even SuperM's storyline -- is that they are all connected and they all tell a little more of EXO's story, each MV is like another chapter in EXO's graphic novel or mystery movie series.
EXO debuted in 2012 and from day one, the group's concept is that they are aliens from Planet Exo and they came to Earth with superpowers to protect the Tree of Life from the Red Forces. Each of the members has a superpower that is unique to them and almost every MV will have at least one, if not all of them, using their powers.
Part of EXO's mission is they are constantly fighting against and battling the Red Force for control. The Red Force is thought to be here on Earth inflicting their evil agenda and corrupting humanity and causing all the bad things that are happening in the world such as war, hate and destruction of the environment, etc. While on their quest to locate and protect the Tree of Life, EXO is also tasked with trying to fix everything the Red Force has caused. And because EXO is trying to undo and prevent the Red Force from accomplishing their goals, the Red Force is also trying to take down EXO by capturing them, corrupting them and standing in their way, etc.
So each new MV or project from EXO tells another part of the story.
In "Love Shot" I'm not sure why EXO first ended up at the gas/service station or the cinema/movie theater, but the story in this MV is all about how the Red Force is trying to corrupt and control them. For example, supposedly, most fans agree, that Xiumin may have been captured by the Red Force -- or maybe it's his X-EXO clone. If you notice, Xiumin is squaring off with a group of guys with guns, but a few seconds later we see someone with a mask and when the mask is removed you see that it's Xiumin, which seems to show that he may not be who we think he is.
And when Chen is sitting in the theater watching the film, you see what fans agree is Suho, as the leader, probably trying to protect the members and prevent Chen from watching the film by covering his eyes. Whatever is being played on the movie screen is thought to probably be the Red Force trying to control EXO.
You also see references to the movie screen with Chen being projected on the screen in their "Lucky One" MV and the scene where Suho is running through the forest in their "For Life" MV, etc. These instances seem to be showing times when the Red Force are using the videos to brainwash EXO and to keep them incapacitated so they don't try to fight back or escape, etc.
In "Love Shot" one theory is that the members are fighting to discover who has been corrupted by the Red Force and who may not be who they say they are, etc., which I see as a sort of continuation of the story in their "Tempo" MV. This is why you see them being very suspicious pointing their guns -- which are filled with alcohol -- at each other. (Get it? the song is called "Love Shot" so it has a double meaning: Love Shot like a gun and Love Shot like a shot of alcohol. :D)
The flowers have two purposes, one is they represent Love and EXO is collecting love, but also the flowers are a big part of EXO's storyline. There has been a flower theme that continues throughout all of EXO's MVs. The flowers are thought to be something that EXO is collecting and trying to get rid of to prevent the Red Force from being able to control people, etc. They often collect the flowers and then burn them, like you see in "Love Shot" and in EXO-CBX's "Hey Mama" MV. Blue roses also have some sort of significance, but I am not sure what yet -- we see EXO with a blue rose in their concert performances of "Lightsaber" and we see Sehun with a blue rose in "Love Shot." Some of what happens in this story is explained by past MVs and other parts will hopefully, be explained as the story continues in future MVs.
Money is the root of all evil, and people's obsession with material goods and wealth could be one of the ways the Red Force is using to control humanity. Which is why you see EXO trying to take down the gambling ring in their "Monster" and "Lotto" MVs and why they talk about money in EXO-CBX's Japanese song "Ka-Ching," etc. They also burn the giant stack of money in "Monster"/"Lotto," it's not an isolated incident, so it's obviously a significant thing within EXO's storyline.
Baekhyun is actually one of the main characters in EXO's storyline so he is often set apart or singled out in EXO's MVs. He is often the one that stands alone or is highlighted in the story. For example, in their "Power" MV Baekhyun has been singled out and is sort of separated from the other members, which seems to suggest maybe Baekhyun is the only member that hasn't been corrupted by the Red Force. So that is thought to be why in "Tempo" and in "Love Shot" we see Baekhyun standing on top of the building looking down on the rest of the members, almost as if he is observing them from another dimension or from another time period. Baekhyun is often the one who is going behind the sense to help EXO. For example, we see him disguised as a member of the police as he rescues the other members from the back of the police van in "Monster," and we see Baekhyun facing off with and confronting Xiumin in "Love Shot." :D
And now that we have discovered that the Red Force has created X-EXO, EXO's evil clones, as part of "Obsession's" story, I am also starting to think that maybe in "Love Shot" we aren't just seeing EXO. I think maybe when we see the members dressed in the bright colors -- for example, when they are in their suits -- this might be X-EXO and when we see the scenes were they are in black, this could be EXO. Because in their "Obsession" MV we find out that the members in all black are EXO the good guys, and when we see them in the colorful outfits with the crazy hair and makeup that is their X-EXO alter ego clones.
This could also explain why Kai is dressed in a red suit. Although I am sure their stylists put him in red because he looks really good in it, I think SM chose it because it's another hidden message within the storyline. Usually, whenever we see red in EXO's MVs this has something to do with the Red Force, so for a long time I have been wondering why then would they put Kai in a red suit? However, now that we know about the X-EXO members, I am starting to think that when we see the members in their colorful suits and clothing in "Love Shot" this is actually the X-EXO members, so when we see Kai in red this is his alter ego clone, as well as the other members when we see them in suits, etc.
I also think maybe the members who are collecting all the flowers in "Love Shot" are really X-EXO, as part of some evil plot, etc. If you look at the members expressions and the outfits they are wearing in the scenes where you see them collecting the flowers, this reminds me a lot of what they looked like in their "Ko Ko Bop" MV. Since "Obsession," theories now think that what the "Ko Ko Bop" MV was showing us was X-EXO right after they were created as they are becoming acclimated to the world and learning how to use their powers, etc. Which would explain why everything in the "Ko Ko Bop" MV is so brightly colored as well.
But you should also know that no one really knows for sure what is happening in any of EXO's MVs. There are well known theories and storylines that are accepted within the fandom, which we think might explain what is happening in each MV. And there are theories about how each MV is connected and where each falls within their larger storyline, but nothing is set in stone. Fan theories are constantly evolving and changing with every introduction of a new piece of the puzzle.

I love EXO because its like they eat cds..whatever you hear in the audio version is like their live versions too most of the time even better! They are most often judged for doing lipsyncs in live performances bec they are that good. Not saying that they never do lipsync cause probably all singers do to preserve their voices. EXO has 9 members. 8 koreans (Xiumin, Suho, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai and Sehun) and 1 chinese (Lay). They debuted 2012 as 12 members (8 koreans and 4 chinese members), they used to sing 2 versions of they songs but 3 chinese members left the group. There is rarely enough Sehun! He's historically not been confident vocally and is surrounded by some of the best vocalists in the pop industry. He is a great dancer and rapper, so you have to look out for those.

dude, these guys are insanely talented, i swear. they're the vocal kings (obviously), they have some of the best dancers in the whole K-pop industry, they have the great rappers, they set the very admirable records in different areas, they even acted in the different dramas, and tbh i can't say if there's anything else they haven't participated in yet. if you wanna get surprised a little bit more, i'd really recommend you to watch their "Acoustic Session" live (not necessarily in the reaction video, you can do it just on your own). beautiful voices, beautiful songs, and of course beautiful guitars. i bet you would like it a lot

Im so happy you love Sehun as much is i do! Actually, Sehun felt very insecure of singing back in the days so he got very little parts in most of them and hes mainly a part of the rap line. But the parts he got hes slaying! And they're getting more over time.
He also got a Sub-Group with Chanyeol (the other rapper in the group) called Exo-SC and I especially love their lives.

In the end a short explanation of the members in the group itself: At first they were 12 members, mixed of korean and chinese ones. Thats the reason why there is EXO-K and EXO-M in the first years of their carrier.
In the early days 3 members left: Huang Zitao, Kris Wu and Luhan and they kept on making it with 9 members. One member is still chinese and had to kind of stay out of most videos and lives because of a korean-chinese conflict so he couldnt attend concerts or practises (but he got a part at the end of "Dont fight the feeling" for example and they got him greenscreened in because hes still an EXO). His name is LAY and hes making incredible Solo Stuff, so check him out too! (like LIT)

formerly EXO had 12 members that debuted on April, 8th 2012. they had 8 koreans and 4 chineses divided into two sub-group/sub-unit, EXO-K (to promote in South Korea, 6 members all Koreans) and EXO-M (to promote in China, 4 members are Chinese + 2 are Koreans). But now EXO consist of 9 members (8 koreans + 1 chinese) since 3 chinese members left the group at 2014 and 2015.
You must see their debut MV titled "MAMA", and their pre-debut MV "What Is Love" & "HISTORY". all EXO's MVs are related/continuous story.

I don't think Cesar Oh has many errors , it is just become outdated(though most guides are and we need new guides for sure) but unlike other long guides where few members get more time then few get very less times, Cesar Oh ones are more elaborate and give more depth info about members' personality and each member get equal time slot.

Ah yes, the group that sold out concerts in 0.4 and 0.2 seconds, the “Nation’s Pick”, Olympic performers, first Kpop artist to have a song played at Dubai fountain, even had members invited by SK’s president for a trip to China
They are out of this world good. Their b-sides often are better then their main tracks. Their lives vocals are better than their recorded ones. Their solo projects are crazy good and their discography is one of the most versatile out there. The more you listen to them the more you’ll come to like them. I have seen many reactors now really falling for them and taking a deep dive into their work. If you really want to be blessed with quality vocals and songs, don’t sleep on them.
EXO is a hidden gem... their company never promoted them internationally at their highest pick so everyone who gets to know them falls for them little by little.

At 7:58 the ad libs are actually 2 members! It is D.O whom you pointed out but also Baekhyun. We have 3 main vocals Baekhyun, D.O. and Jongdae. EXO has done multiple genres so there are quite a few songs that sound very different from each other.. So you definitely can't know in advance if a song would be your vibe but if you like Love Shot there's a lot of other songs you'll enjoy!
