Audi Q7 strange fan noise, battery drain overnight

This video describes how to solve a battery drain issue relating to a fan noise remaining on even when the car is off, the noise is not the radiator fan or the inside heater it comes from the left wheel arch. It's a nightmare of a car. It runs great, but the small faults stresses me the fook out, lol. Piece of crap!
