WC Video - 3 August 2012 - The 2012 Pup Introduction

This week's RUclips features footage from the first day of the pup introduction in the Exhibit Pack. Aidan spent several hours following Luna and getting her to submit like a normal pup. By the third day, she was much calmer, greeting appropriately and engaged in a lot of social behavior. On several occasions, Aidan was observed bringing food to the pups and showing very strong care giving behavior. Next week's video will show more of the development of the pack dynamics, this video focuses on the first two days of the introduction. Aidan has transformed into an excellent pack leader, while Denali is not as tolerant especially when it comes to sharing food. But, Aidan is right there to defend the pups and a lip curl and growl from Aidan will cause Denali to back off.
