Easter Egg Nº 16 - That's actually a bug, because there was a bridge (on GTA SA Beta) that was exactly where the Photo is walking to. That's why he goes directly to the water, because the game thinks there's a bridge there. Easter Egg Nº 18 - Everybody that finished the game knows about that destructible part of the bridge : Its the one Tempenny destroys with the Fireman Truck
It's been a while since I wrote this: There's proof in the internet about the Photographer having some sort of unique navigation mesh that forces it to take a path towards a (now missing) bridge. It isn't the game that thinks there's a bridge there, as I incorrectly stated before, it's just that the path for that particular NPC hasn't been changed, and therefore, causes it to pretty much walk towards the water. Now relating to the ghost graffiti, namely the ones in the Vinewood Cemetery, they appear at 8pm and disappear at around 6am. From what I could find, it seems that neon signs share the same behavior: they appear and disappear around those hours. I might be wrong, but I think both the neon signs and the ghost graffiti are some sort of special texture that appear at those intervals of the day. In the case of the neon signs it was intentional, but in the case of the graffiti, I honestly don't know

Number 13 was my favorite. I have played this game for well over 2000 hours throughout my lifetime and I never ever knew this! I even found the bridge stuff and the graves and such simply by screwing around but I never put this together! That is so awesome to learn. Thank you for this video. Something to add to the beat up Glendales: if you open up the IMG archive containing the vehicle model and texture files with a tool like GTA3 IMG tool, you can see that the beat up versions have their very own files, named glendale_shit. The old rifle's models and textures are also named cuntgun. The game files indeed contain some funny hidden shit too.
