Do you have to stay at the adults only portion of the hotel to access the adult pool on that side? 3. Did the concierge desk offer tours? Or did you have book these online.. Thanks 😊
1. unfortunately I can't really answer that, we booked it beforehand at a travel agency and didn't have to worry about it on site. But a taxi ride should not be very expensive. 2. Sorry, I can't tell you anything for sure, but I assume yes. 3. there is a big office in the hotel where different tour operators offer tours, you can book them there.

Hey, my girlfriend and I were there for eight nights. I can not confirm what you wrote or what you’ve read. We had no problems with the service and the staff, especially the waiters, are very friendly. Towels were always available too, we usually got fresh ones at 9am. Of course there are some coveted spots at the pools, which unfortunately like to be reserved with towels. But we were almost always on the beach and there it was never a problem to find a place, quite the opposite. Overall, I can definitely recommend the hotel! I hope I could answer your questions :)
I went to this resort about 3weeks ago but before l went to hard rock cafe and majestic and l can tell you this one was the best experince we had of all

You’re welcome! We went in august and it was just fine. Only one rainy day. Yes there is much you can do. There are many bars, a club, a casino etc. when we were there it was closed because of Covid, but I think now it will be open again.

I’ve been to Cuba multiple times and each time there was someone at the resort that would show us the excursion options, we’d pay, and a shuttle would pick us up at a certain time to take us. I’m not sure if it works the same there, and if I book them online I’m worried how I’d get to that activity. If you have any idea please let me know!
Yes you can book them in the resort. There is a kind of travel agency where employees sit and offer you trips. We for example went to the isle of Saona. It was a day trip on a boat. It is truly beautiful there, kind of postcard view of the Caribbean

Oh okay, I’m sorry to hear that. I can’t really remember when the pools closed, but usually we left the beach at 6 pm and there were still many people at the pool. I just think they close, when the last guest is leaving. I hope you’ll have a great time :)
Hi, yes there is really a lot of seaweed, I think you can also see it in the video. But the Hotel has many workers which are giving their best to clean it. We saw some hotels at the beach where the seaweed situation were much worse 😅 I can advice you a trip to Saona island 🏝 it looks like the typical Caribbean beach.

Hi, I really liked the food, especially the breakfast. There was always a large selection for different tastes. A big plus was also the selection of fruit, all fresh and very tasty. The drinks were all very good as well. No no name drinks (only Coca Cola, Sprite...). I can't say much about the restaurants as we only went to the Italian one. I can definitely recommend the café on the boulevard, there are very tasty coffee variations. The nightclubs were closed at our time because of Corona. But the evening shows were quite good, however we did not see many of them. I hope my answer is enough for you :)

I do have few questions though if you know - Is smoking allowed, and are drinks at the bars included in the "All inclusive" stay, or are they charging additional cost for them? And if so, are they priced in US Dollars or local currency?
Hello, thanks for the good question. 1. I must say I was a bit shocked how the situation is there for smokers, being one myself. When we arrived I went out on the balcony to smoke a cigarette, no ashtray. I figured they must have forgotten about it after cleaning. I then called room service and asked. The statement was "We don't have this here." And indeed it was. There were no ashtrays anywhere in the hotel and a general ban on smoking at the pool. No ashtrays in the outdoor areas of the restaurants and bars. The only thing was fixed trash cans where there was a receptacle with sand. It was annoying the first few days, but I got around to it by infesting empty plastic cups with water or sand and using them as ashtrays. Still very annoying! 2. drinks at the bar were all included, I never had to pay for anything. Tips are gladly accepted in USD.
Thank you very much for showing the video . We are going to this hotel at Christmas. But lots of concern about COVID. We all have 2 doses of vaccine . How is the COVID protection in this hotel ? It is because I think lots of chance to eat at the buffet restaurant, your video showing that not too many guests.
The stuff is giving their best to make your stay there safe. Everyone is obligated to wear masks at the buffet and in buildings. But I can’t tell you how they handle the actual situation because we’ve been there in august. I wish you nice holidays.

To the first question: Yes, unfortunately. It was often difficult to get the "good" loungers. To the second question: It's free! :) Have a great holiday!
Very far walk to the beach do they have wheel chair access or golf carts
I saw some people driving around with wheelchairs.
