hola,hay alguna manera de quitar la holgura de estas ruedas?el muelle que regula la holgura no ejerce mucha fuerza en la arandela conica...podriais sacar un remedio a esto con un muelle o arandela mas fiable...que para eso teneis ingenieros!saludos
Der Freilauf fällt bei mir immer werkzeuglos auseinander wenn das Hinterrad mit Steckachse aus dem Rad ausgebaut wird. Dann liegt eine Feder und die Kassette am Boden. Die Feder geht dann gerne mal verloren und muss lange gesucht werden.Reklamationen brachten nix, das ist so. Muss man sich also überlegen ob man das so haben will.Ich nicht.Ein zufriedener Kunde sagt es dem nächsten, ein unzufriedener sagt es 1000 anderen.Grüße
Ah que c'est beau sur la CAO. Mais sur le VTT quand on se lâche en descente, qu'on tape des Wheeling, bref qu'on exploite un peu le bike, ce système avoue très vite ses limites. Pourquoi?? Simplement parce que le système qui est censé rattraper le jeu est perfectible. Du coup, ça craque quand on remet les gaz ou lorsqu'on freine... alors que les roues reviennent de SAV. D'ailleurs en allant acheter du pain le 1er jour post SAV (
Is it a problem if I leave the pentagon shaped lockring/lockwire (that has to go around the V shaped spacer) out? I can place it around the spacer but when I put the circlip in place it always pops off...
i also had this problem. Look at 2:15 to 2:33 ... there was my problem. The little clip which sticks between the two washers is relevant for the play. You only need to remove the dirt protection and look if the little clip is still in position. you can use a small flat screwdriver and really press it between the silver and the black washer, so that it sits on the axle. hope that helps
You need a snap ring springer (sprengringspreitzer german word for googlepictures) make shure it has a feather (spring) so the ends go apart when you squeeze your hand :)
+1 I've just unmounted my crossride's TS-2 and would like to put an ITS4 in. I assume from the video that it's possible and I've sent an e-mail to bike24 to ask and I'm waiting for a response. If anyone has done it, please let me know!
le jeux dans le corps de roue libre est préjudiciable au bon fonctionnement du système vu qu'il n'y a pas de réglage de jeux seul le ressort est sensé pousser sur la rondelle biaise pour rattraper les jeux. Conception mécanique à revoir sérieusement, inadmissible sur des roues de ce tarif. du coup quand on appui fort la cassette se met de travers et occasionne des craquements. sur une cassette 10V les espaces étant réduits entrent pignons la chaîne arrive même à toucher. Cette roue est monté sur un Rock Rider 8XC pro. cela n’incite pas à monté en gamme!...

Yo la quité sustituyendo la arandela de forma de alambre por una arandela normal un poco más gruesa

It is preload, so wheel will walk on axle if you leave it out.
I have some play in my rear hub crossride but judging by this there is no way to tighten or adjust, used to live mavic but this sucks.
