Here’s basically what happened, Trump took his watch (the property) down to the pawn shop (the bank) and said “I would like to pawn this watch, and I think it’s worth $200”. The shop said “okay, we will give you $200 and hold the watch until you pay us back + interest”. Trump said okay and they shook hands. Then a year later, the state of New York came in and said “actually we don’t think that watch is worth $200, and you committed fraud even though you and the pawn shop both agreed on the loan. So now you’re banned from all pawn shops for 3 years, and you have to pay us $200 in fines.”

In order to appeal the ruling, he has to first put 453 million dollars in security with the court, oh I would love to see how he's going to come up with that. Seeing as his lawyers are 10 million a month in fees.
He just posted a bond. No way it's appeal proof say other Legal Analysts. The judge's judicial bias/misconduct was well documented and will be presented to the appeals court. Not to mention the pending ethics complaint against the judge.

@user-uh6yr4te2i My point is that my understanding from various articles was that he only has 30 days to file an appeal. He can't string it out 6 months. He has to find the money for the bond (more than the original judgment) within 30 days.
