This is a great video for an introduction to this particular solitaire, which is actually one of my favourites since it benefits from skillful play but is still quite simple and quick to work through. Here are two points I'll add that I think are worth mentioning: In the world of solitaire, the remaining deck is known as the stock or talon. The term "talon" is, as in this video, sometimes used to refer to the wastepile, but such usage is actually erroneous. When the ace and king aren't considered consecutive, another rule usually applies such that nothing can be played upon a king once it's been played to the wastepile: another card must be turned from the stock so play can continue. This rule often results in blocked or otherwise exceptionally difficult positions, though, so perhaps it's best ignored. If you wish to play with it, be especially careful with queens and hope as many kings as possible remain in the stock.
