    It can be useful for charging 3.7V cells from 2-4V solar panel, with Vout set to 4.2V

      ​@@msana4420you do know that ww ll radar systems used magnetron tubes that were connected to waveguide tubes to emit rf radiation and that when the microwave oven was invented they were named "Radar Ranges"?
      We used to point the radar antenna at fluorescent light tubes that were a quarter mile away and they would light up.

      Yes of course. You increase voltage, current goes down.
