    I like the looks of those old A-C they remind me of my round hooded Wheel horse.😊

      Yes I agree! The Allis Chalmers WC was a available as a flat top or a styled version. They were produced in an era when industrial design was growing from being solely a function of utility, to more of a beauty and aesthetic. Thanks for watching!

    Good video, liked seeing the ACs, to cheap. I just sold an extra nice Farmall H for $950, bad rear tires hurt the sale.

      Thank you. Tire work is so expensive. AC seem to sell on the low side. Good tractors! They seem plentiful. Thanks for watching!

    Bumper on Ford is off a Ford 800 series but will fit many because of the hole spacing on the adjustable wide front end.AL B.

    My understanding is the used tractor market has been falling. At least 10% lower than last year

    • @WoodyFixit
      @WoodyFixit  8 месяцев назад

      Yes what I'm hearing as well with these examples being in the collector market. When I dug deeper I found that there have been some instances of modern used Green (JD) equipment is setting record high prices at auction. I think it's being driven by the skyrocketing cost of new.

    all of those teactors shouldve been changed over 2/ 12 volt now the extra cranking amps turns the engine over alot faster alot better start ups 😊😊 OMG 6 19 2O24

    That 3000 ford brought plenty the 666 IH seemed like a nice little tractor

    • @WoodyFixit
      @WoodyFixit  9 месяцев назад

      I looked it up. The 3000 is older than I would have guessed (1955-64) but this one was lower hours. Maybe that's why it commanded a good price. While editing, I was trying to decide if the 666 sounded like it had a misfire in the engine. Could have just been cold I suppose. Looked like a nice machine. Thanks so much for the comment!

      @@WoodyFixit Correction.......2000's & 3000's were offered 1965 - 1975.
      I know a neighbor who bought a new 2000 in around '70 and paid $2400 for it.
      The one in your video was priced right, low hours, and very ready to go to work.
      Good buy for sure.
      That IH 666 would never sell in the bible belt, might be the reason it didn't start 🤭

    Surrey is not antique. It has hydraulic brakes on rear axle and steel tubing chassis parts. Built by a quality amish buggy shop no doubt. AL B.

    • @WoodyFixit
      @WoodyFixit  9 месяцев назад

      Good observations. I did notice the brakes. Not sure on the age but the upholstery fabric gave 1980s vibe like that dimpled velour used in conversion vans of that era. The Amish are great craftsmen. Thanks for the insight!
